I have lot's of costumes from cosplaysky... as Okita Souji (FGO), Hatsune Miku ribbon girl, Edmond Dantes (FGO) and Altair (Re:Creators)
well I cannot say it made without mistake.. but still something like that could happen...
Okita Souji was made really great I specially love leather smors for leg sand arms... only black belt was sent me in wrong size
on Hatsune Miku I didn't find any problem
Edmond.. at cape was mistaken one gem with other color like the others... size was kinda off, for bias they use just cutted leather fabrics.. which is sad because the yould use bias and there would not be any stitching threads.. but used materials are great.. but I would recommend more precisely work with sewing details on
Altair again stripes with just cutted fabric and sewed on... and ornament was off middle... and I didn't know that they're sending hat separated from dress so I wan really mad when I received just costume but hat came week after.. but othervise it looked same as pics
they still have to work on details and sewing quality and be aware of these mistakes

Please everyone interested in purchasing from this company be aware. Products take much longer than expected to arrive if they arrive at all. Getting a refund is very difficult. They send items with the wrong tags and sizes. Im sure some orders are delivered properly and those people write good reviews but if there are ANY hiccups in the process you are screwed. They will fight you on any type of refund and try to get you to send the product back at your cost not theirs. They dodge emails and give one line answers that do not make sense. Their customer service team does not understand and write english properly. It sucks because they have items that cannot be found anywhere else so you might feel obligated to purchase from them but it is not worth the time or aggravation. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OR TRUST THEM. you might get lucky and the correct item might be sent on time but from what ive read and seen many orders get messed up and when they do you are out of luck. I am in the process of disputing the transactions with my bank. They messed up two out of two orders of mine. just dont do it folks!

Just received my order for a Cal Kestis costume and was pleasantly surprised by both the speed of the shipping considering it came from China (roughly four weeks) and the quality of the garment. I was highly skeptical based on some of the reviews, but I’m very happy with how it all turned out. The size is true, not too big, not too small. Only thing keeping it from a five star review is that, while the quality is fine, it could be better in some of the finishing (e.g., stitching, some of the “metal” parts are fabric). That aside, I’d certainly order from them again.

I ordered a costume back in November and I still have yet to receive it. It’s midway through January. I messaged them several times via email and even Instagram dm and have heard nothing. I’ve tried to get a refund but I cannot figure out how I can

Definitely great quality. Everything is so great made in my costume. I love the colors. It's mabye a little big for me, but I don't really care. I love everything in this costume. I recommend this company. Definitely I will buy from them again.

I ordered The Joker costume for my son through Cosplaysky and the costume was spot on. It looked very authentic and my son got a lot of compliments on the costume.

One month and still not sent out. Says 10-15 days

I ordered 2 costumes on September 14th. As of October 1, they had not been shipped. When I contacted customer service they were really prompt in advising me that they were out of the second costume and had to make it and offered $30 back for the hassle. A couple days later I checked and they still hadn't shipped but had onky just taken it to the post office. As of today (October 17), it is still held up at Customs and Exports at China post. CosplaySky has refunded my purchase entirely professionally and without trouble, but anyone who wants something on time for an event, I would probably use another company.

I ordered a costume from Cossky (aka cosplaysky) on Sept 26th. I received it on Oct 11th which I thought was pretty good considering it was sent from China. When I tried it on it was a lot smaller than the size chart given on the site so I looked up their return policy and it said to email within 7 days of receiving the delivery with images. I’ve emailed them everyday since. I received this and nothing. I’m pretty sure there is no one on the other side and this is a scam site. I should’ve done more research before purchasing because it doesn’t look like I’m the only one this happened to!

I ordered a Violet Evergarden outfit and shoes. The package took forever to come and on top of that it was sent to my apartment front desk even though I had put in my address. So I kept waiting for the email that'll tell you it arrived, but I never got one and the tracking number doesn't even work. So a month later was when I contacted customer service about it and they said it arrived. I had to call my apartment front desk and asked if they had my package. I was livid to find that out it was there all this time and not at my door step. The packaging was huge and bulky, everything was squished together. The outfit was itchy and uncomfortable. I had to alter it so it wouldn't be so itchy and uncomfortable. The shoes, omg, the shoes were such false advertisement. My shoes weren't laced up when it came and the direction of the shoes that's it's supposed to be is wrong! I had contacted customer service afterwards and not a single reply back. I wouldn't order from this site ever again it's not worth it! Very expensive for cheap and false advertisement quality.

I ordered a Starlord costume for my son and only the shirt came. They had multiple pictures of the pants shown under the listing entitled "Starlord Costume". When I contacted customer service they said I was out of luck. To return the item I woud have to send it back to China. What? Their customer service is terrible because they are a Chinese company. Plus, when I post a negative review to help others not make the same mistake it was deleted. Do not order from this company.

Ordered Flower Bouquet Eli from CosplaySky. First one was too small, but they sent one in the right size after. Definitely be wary of sizing! If you're between sizes, go up.

It’s a 100% or 0% satisfaction: your gonna love or you’re gonna hate because they messed up and they don’t give a s for messing up. I had the 0% experience cause the cosplay quality is ok, even better than some that I bought obter past, but it’s completely messed up once the size of the vest and the skirt doesn’t match. Seller is terrible to negotiate one it’s negotiation level is zero. I do not recommend at all

Super nice store. It took 3 weeks to get my packet to Denmark. Right size boots and they were good quality

The quality of the costume I received was in great condition and quality was over all very good for the price. Correspondence was a little slow however and it took a while to receive it. Another friend of mine also bought from this site and the quality of her costume jacket was also pretty good quality.
