APPALLING SERVICE, AVOID
I would really advise people not to buy from this company.
Their swimwear is gorgeous but they obviously have no one working in customer service. You can only contact them via email and they never reply.
For several weeks I have been trying to exchange a costume for different size and I cannot get a word out of them, not even an automatic acknowledgment.
Terrible company. Despite the reassurances on their website that you will receive a refund within 5 business days of returned items received, this is not true. I am yet to receive my refund despite chasing them three times over several weeks.
The bikini bottoms were made from a lovely soft material but they did not suit me at all. They were too long in the body.
