I probably will not order from here again. Tracking was terrible and package was 5 days late. Costume was as advertised but I needed it before the delivery.

The costume included everything that was listed and was good quality.

Reasonable prices, fast delivery, everything arrived as hoped.

I have not opened the Dorothy costume bought as a gift for a 3 year old’s birthday, but from what I can see through the packaging looks like good quality. I also purchased the plush Toto dog with basket. Very cute. Can’t wait to see her wearing the costume while playing!

I gave three stars only because I had called back within 1-2 minutes of placing my order to cancel it because the costume wouldn’t arrive in time. I was told that it could be cancelled because I called back right away. Then it was delivered to my door step. It did arrive on time and was exactly what I ordered but bummed it didn’t get cancelled

I haven't received anything? Are you a real company?

I never received a confirmation email. I also never received an email with my shipping information.

My son LOVES his new FNAF Foxy Costume. The quality was better than expected and the sizing chart was spot-on! We will continue to buy from Costume Discounters!

Ordered 6 of the same costume in 3 different sizes. When the order confirmation screen came up, it just showed the total (6) but not the sizes. I didn't think anything about it and I confirmed the order. Then I went back and looked, and my order said all 6 in size XS. I immediately wrote Costume Discounters customer service and told them to either cancel my order, or change it to the correct sizes. I didn't hear back from them for days, and when they wrote back they just said too bad, you're getting the 6 size XS, and there's nothing we can do about it --feel free to process a return/exchange and mail back the ones you don't want.

Absolutely terrible service, no sense of urgency. They ignored me until it was too late, and then dumped their problem in my lap.

I've never had problems with this company before, and I order costumes from multiple companies all the time. I will definitely think twice before I order from Costume Discounters again.

I have ordered numerous times in the past (mostly costumes for church plays) and been very pleased with products received; however, this time I ordered a Roman Soldier costume for Easter play. The box it came it was barely taped and was gaping open on both ends and the contents were damaged, but I was most disappointed in the quality of the items. Very cheap, thin plastic helmet, shield, etc. Looks like something I could have gotten at a Dollar Tree (but not at a Dollar Tree price). When I attempted to contact by telephone - calls would not go through during working hours on either no. provided on website. If I called after hours got a message to call during working hours. Sent an e-mail and asked that cust. serv. call me and I got a reply to call no. on website. I will not be ordering again. I just wonder what happened to this company? I have recommended it several times, but will not do so again.

Timely delivery and the costumes were of good quality.

The costume fit exactly as it should. My daughter looked adorable in it. Highly recommend.
