I am very annoyed by the long time the delivery took and then I had to pay additional 15,99€ as tax. The price of the items thus increased by 50%. This should be added or at least mentioned in cah numbers in case shipments to Europe is clear and not only as a generic sentence that this might apply. Very expensive service, never again.

Lovely candles but slow to arrive
The candles themselves are lovely, very fragrant and a good size. Unusual scents too, much nicer than the generic floral and vanilla type most scented candles come in.
I've deducted stars because 1-they took a long time to arrive and the lids were dented when they did get here 2- customer service was a little impersonal (I sent an email asking about the delivery of my order 7 days after receiving the dispatch email, then a further email once the candles arrived saying they no longer needed to chase anything up. I received a reply saying they had contacted Royal Mail to find the package, totally ignoring the content of my second email and referring to me by my surname)

First time I bought from this company. Candles came wrapped in brown paper in a well packed box. They smell great - haven't used them yet - two for friends, one for me.
