This company is a total scam
I placed an order last May it’s middle of Dec now and I get only a response that it’s a parcel delay
The tracking number that I just got if bogus as well

First time writing this type of review, but THIS website is totally scam... order place for 4 months and product has no where to be seen, the tracking number is a lie too.

Zero stars. Order place 5 months ago. Two shipping tracking numbers have been sent - neither work. No way to contact them other than email - which they don’t reply to. Avoid at all costs.

0 stars had to click one to write the review they're thieves don't buy I ordered the stepper online after seeing the add on ig in early may never got it and they stopped responding to my emails for a refund.

I asked if this would work in the U.S. because of the outlet and volts. They told me yes. It took a little over 3 months to get it. Tracking number never worked. I emailed them and I got back this was sent a long long time ago. I just received it and I am very disappointed. It look nice ,but I can’t plug it in and the power is different from here in the U.S. Now I’m trying to send it back and they are not replying back. Never again.

I brought a 3in1 rocker and slide for my daughter birthday and spent £40 back in June 2020! Each Email confirmed that my order was shipped and ready to arrive anytime but it’s now 3 months later and still no sign of my purchase! I am very disgusted by this company and people should never buy from them! They are scammers and will take your money and give back nothing! My daughter birthday had passed early July and although I promised her this she didn’t get it at the end! Cozyfami robbed me! Can people please do research before buying from these scums! I will take legal action now and report this as they’re taking more and more of people’s money and have a Facebook page that is appealing to people! This business will need to stop!!

I've been waiting 5 months for a delivery from Cozifami. Promises galore and no way to contact them now. When I click the link to review my order, it goes to a "link not available" screen.

Ordered a stair stepper. Took almost 3 months to arrive. They kept emailing me a screenshot of a tracking number but link never actually worked. Finally arrived part to make the steps move wasnt there. Emailed back and forth for weeks no resolution no refund. They just kept asking questions and asking for pictures of the part. Well if I dont have the part i can't send you a picture of it. They would never actually stand behind their product and refund my money.

Never order from cozyfami I ordered beginning of june still not recieved any goods I emailed ten times now. I did get one reply saying they dispatched on the 11th of july but shipping no. States it still in china even chatted to shipped services and that not even there shipping no. Over £200 lost. Never order from them again.

Great quality, fast delivery

I ordered an iPhone case. I received it in a reasonable amount of time considering the issues we are dealing with currently with the virus. The item was beautiful. Well made. However I was heartbroken because I evidently chose the wrong size when I ordered. I contacted customer service and within minutes had a response and by the next day the correct case was being processed to go out. I was very happy with the product and the service I received.

I would never order again!! Been waiting over month for my item being told its been dispatched and been given track number which keeps being declined??? Do not order

Will not order from them again delivery was ridiculous way over a month for one item. The item did not have the names of my grandchildren. I am very disappointed.

Only have recieved the cup thus far. However it's good quality and just perfect. Our GiGi is going to love it..

God awful service.
I placed an order, two weeks and the order has not even been dispatched yet, had to send 3 emails to get an answer. They replied that my order was being prepared etc,still nothing.

I asked for a refund, we'll see how long does that take.
