Buyer beware
Buyer beware. Purchased over £200 bedding inc 2 luxury pillows. The pillows in my case are poor quality and have parted in the middle with less than 2 weeks use. Numerous emails requesting return / refund. Only to be told they need plumping up and putting in a tumble dryer to revive. I do not own a tumble dryer. I also paid for extended warranty which seems worthless. Looks like disputing sale with credit card company. Interesting their e mail ads say ….

I ordered 2 full sets of bamboo bed sets. Pillowcases weren't quite right so I made enquiries and I couldn't be more impressed with the after sales service. The quality is very soft and comfortable. Very good.

I just bought a duvet cover and as we really liked it just bought a double sheet. I am shocked that the review on the USA sight are bad and here. Postage good and got item quick. Washed well, yes it’s thin but very warm and silky. Great price and will buy again.

I bought a bamboo pillow recently and initially it was comfortable although didn’t , as they claim, give me the best sleep of my life! After a week sleeping on it, the pillow started to get lumpy and uncomfortable. I contacted customer support who responded within a couple of days with the suggestion to tumble dry the pillow to sort the problem. Well, a) I dont have a dryer and b) should a new product need this after just a week and will I have to keep tumble drying it to keep its shape- if it worked?I have requested to return the pillow but as yet had no response. I wouldn’t recommend this company or its pillows or claims. The pillow took over a week to arrive, tracking didn’t work and I had to email them to ask if it had been dispatched as they didn’t let me know.
