So incredibly terrible! I ordered two pairs of shoes, one we’re a pair of open toe heals. Because they were open toe I ordered a size down and when they arrived they were huge! When I contacted them for a refund they offered me 10% back despite the website saying no hassle returns. I’ve now been going back and forethought with them for over a month and the most they’ve offered me is 30%. They tell you not to return the product because it could get lost and then that loss would fall on you. I actually couldn’t believe it when they told me that. They also don’t post the reviews you put on their website as I mentioned these issues there and my reviews were never posted. The shoes are also not great quality and feel very cheaply made.

CHEAP KNOCK OFF
Ordered a beautiful pair of baby pink/distressed white cowboy style boots. What I got was a ridiculous knock off. Dark dusty rose colored, no white in it at all, wrong stitching pattern, wrong sole material, even the zippers were not the same color as the picture. They are a fraud! They are stealing pictures from other websites and taking orders. What they send you is a horrible knock off of the product in the picture. They offered a coupon or a PARTIAL REFUND of the $72 dollars I spent on the pair of boots. Completely unacceptable. I am still battling with them and will hound them relentlessly even tho I know I'll never get my money back. Everyone needs to know what a fraud they are!!!!!!!!!!

Cosypairs seem to be a scam
Cosypairs seem to be a scam, never will I order from the internet again unless I do thorough research. Need to return a pair of boots that don't fit, emailed help@cosypairs. First they write back suggesting I give them as a gift. I said no, then they email me offering 10% back. I said no. Waiting to hear from them. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Ladies beware.

Scam!! Buyer Beware!!
On going saga with this company. They reported in another review that they provided return information. They did NOT. They keep insisting that I take a coupon as compensation. So they actually have no return policy or guarantee of any sort. I ordered 3 pair of shoes and received only 2 pair, one of those 2 pair was wrong and the other didn't fit. Essentally they stole $125 from me. This is a SCAM!! Buyer beware!!
