I liked the idea of this being a British company and wanted to support it. I had some issues so I reached out to the company after their comment on my original review. My item was replaced, very quickly, customer service was polite and efficient and kept me informed throughout the process, checking in after my item was delivered to make sure the replacement good and to see if my issue was resolved. It was. Many thanks

It was easy to order online and then I was kept updated on delivery

Item arrived well packaged and when stated

The hot water bottle is well made, the stopper good quality, the cover also well made

This hot water bottle stays warm all night and the cover feels nice, so much I bought another one

Have one for my feet and other for lower back

Best hot water bottle I’ve ever tried. It’s still lovely and warm the following morning. Nice choice of sizes and covers.

The item seems well-made and looks like as advertised

However, I did write to the company about the instructions for filling the hot water bottle as I feel they are misleading and potentially dangerous. This may be due to a translation done by a non native English speaker, I’m not sure.

After two weeks, I have received no acknowledgment or response, which I find disappointing

Good quality and bamboo cover s cosy. Holds heat very well. Arrived within the sellers time, and was beautifully packaged. Would make a lovely gift

Very pleased with this hot water bottle with its lovely soft cover. The thickness of the fleece makes the hottie a very comfortable temperature; you could even hold it against bare flesh. The thick cover also means the hottie stays warmer for longer than any of my previous hotties.The 2 litre bottle is a generous size making it an idea size for having again my back to help with pain.

I’d read the other positive reviews so I thought I’d give it a try. I was not disappointed, it’s lovely to cosy up to going to bed and stays warm throughout the night. Five stars from me.

Cosy panda have great customer service. There was z hiccup with the delivery and thry sorted it out thd very next day, no fuss. I love my 1l bottle its just enough on the autumn nights but I also bought 2 long 2l for deep winter to hug from knees to chest!

Love the CosyPanda it have to have it on hand and re fill for both day and night time. I am comfortable and warm despite the cold wet weather. Its super and a must have.
