Ordered some XPS boards from their website. On arrival two of them were damaged and several had dents. Overall the boards seemed cheap and poor quality and likely would not last long installed under flooring. Asked to return for a refund but seller refused to accept they were damaged and refused to provide return postage and said it was my responsibility to do so, not understanding the responsibilities under Consumer Rights Act. Seller then became hostile claiming I was trying to commit "online fraud" by asking to return for a refund....a little bit far fetched when all I was asking was to return for a refund. The boards seem to be cheap products bought in bulk from China and would not trust them to do the job. Now having to buy these elsewhere. Still not got a refund. Looking at the other reviews here, they look either fake reviews or from friends of the owner.

After ordering via the website and paying for items via paypal, once delivered we noticed the company had made a mistake. I phoned and advised of the error to which the company (Lewis) blamed the website error. he confirmed it was not an error on our part and would have to call me back. Phone call finally received to be told we were wrong and had to return the items and a refund would be made. i asked Lewis why would the company not proceed with our order, again he noted it was a website error. I again said this was not our fault however we are having to deal with this. So level of customer support - nil, customer service ok but not brilliant. Would i use this company again, No

The installation process was smooth, thanks to the lightweight and easy-to-handle nature of the XPS boards. The boards were also easy to cut and shape according to our specific requirements. The overall quality and durability of the XPS boards have exceeded our expectations.

I am extremely satisfied with the performance and results. The insulation properties of the XPS boards have significantly improved the energy efficiency of our building. We've noticed a noticeable reduction in our heating and cooling costs since the installation.

We upgraded our new home with heating and use XPS foam sheets, and other heating control units. Cosyspace not only understand our needs but also suggest us many alternatives to reduce our cost. Must discuss with them if you are upgrading your energy efficiency of home in UK.
