Don't bother with Cotality. Their customer service is virtually non-existent. I've been trying for over a month to resolve an issue that was created by their own sales team. Despite repeated follow-ups, no one has taken ownership of the problem. I keep being told that someone will contact me, but that has never happened. If you expect timely support or accountability when something goes wrong, my experience suggests you'll be left waiting.
