I contacted CoTrim to start the conversion process for a 3 year old VW Crafter I was buying (my old 1983 T25 never made it out of Cornwall in the summer of 2020). I was looking for a rock and roll bed to be installed as well as 4 new windows (I bought a panel van) and removal of bulk head.
Nathan was rapid in his reponse, very supportive and patient and managed to find space in their schedule to undertake my requests.
The work was speedily executed and looks amazing. We took it away in the summer and had a great time.
Nathan and the team are brilliant - they are firm favourites and I am now looking to do further work on the van with them. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Absolutely brilliant company to deal with. And a top job carried out. From my initial enquiry Nathan and his team were helpful and informative. I received my quote, agreed the quote and then they arranged for my van to be collected, the work was carried out over a week with daily picture's via whatsapp to show me how it was going. The van was then delivered back to me. Hassle free. Highly recommended.

We recently purchased a new converted T6.1 Kombi from Co Trim. From the very first meeting Nathan was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble in helping us decide which one to go for. Professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with! We're delighted with the Van and can't wait to be able to start using it properly. Having previously converted a T5.1 in 2014, my wife and I decided on a new vehicle having had numerous European trips. We sourced the vehicle ourselves and then decided we wanted a more local converter this time, but we were not prepared to compromise on quality of finish. Following an initial email enquiry we were promptly contacted by Nathan @ CoTrim. He was extremely knowledgeable, and as always proof is in the pudding. An appointment was arranged to view a demonstration vehicle and the result is our own newly converted van on the driveway 5 months later. The reassurance from 1st contact until delivery was maintained throughout the entire process. There were a few last minute changes by ourselves but no ask was too big. I've just had 3 space saving seats and a window added to my transit custom panel Van.
From the first contact, Nathan was friendly and helpful giving good, honest advice enabling me to get precisely what I needed for my conversion.
When I dropped the vehicle off I met Justin, the fitter, who was brilliant. He spent an hour with me making sure he knew exactly how and where I wanted the seats positioned, and that's what was given back to me.

CVM use CoTrim regularly for minibus conversions, covering a range of valuable disability additions to our vehicles – we’re never disappointed, and neither are our customers!
We consistently receive professional yet friendly customer service from Nathan, who always goes the extra mile in meeting our requests. Most importantly, the standard of workmanship is incredibly high. A Ford Transit minibus we received back today, with new removable seats and a PLS underfloor wheelchair lift, will meet the needs of our customer perfectly.

Nathan and the team fitted KW Street Comfort Coilovers to my T6 van. Excellent service as I had to rearrange the work and the managed to fit me in with little to no notice.

Cotrim immediately stood out after contacting a few of their competitors who either A. Couldn’t get back to me with a price... B. Didn’t reply at all... C. Were too cool for school and not interested in my 2018 VW T6 basic panel van conversion. They provided a bundle of options from budget to brand all tested and certified once completed.

CoTrim have produced several excellent driver training vehicles for South Western Ambulance Service. As a training manager I value their speed, professionalism and the quality of the finished product. Some of the vehicles they have made for us are now 7 years old / 200k miles in and the quality of the conversion still holds good - keep in mind that every seat is sat in every day! The latest vehicle was produced in less than a week, and is excellent quality - perfect for our needs.

If only all companies were this good! Friendly, professional, go the extra mile, great values and great value! I sold my wheelchair vehicle just as the "Covid" shut down happened, Cotrim sourced a new vehicle, converted it and supplied it at a great price, super spec and quality conversion, what more could you ask? They even organised delivery as I could not collect. I would highly recommend Nathan and his team, thank you all.

Nathan & his team are brilliant, from design to installation and after sales, they have been excellent. I would highly recommend them having used them for a substantial conversion converting a standard Relay panel van into a customised 8 seater minibus with various options! They are also fantastic and crew conversions having used them for a few of those over the years as well.

Extremely happy with the Cargo shield , So glad I decided to take up the fitting service very professional .

CoTrim are a rare and genuinely nice company to do business with. They really care and this shows in the fit and finish of their work. From initial contact, through answering multiple questions, agreeing price and handover their service is exemplary. I would highly recommend them and I'm already planning a return in the future for another FlexiVan when I'm ready to upgrade.
