Honestly, I can not think of anything in the process that did not meet my expectations. I had some initial mail correspondence with them, which they politely and promptly replied to. The ordering and payment process was easy and worked flawlessly. I received my purchase within the promised delivery time. The product was in pristine condition and exactly as ordered.

After ordering I had the understanding that they will mark the order as dispatched when the shipment was sent from their warehouse overseas, but that's not the case. The status will only change after it is shipped from their warehouse in Europe.

I contacted for clarification and honestly whilst they were very quick and friendly to respond. The responses were not very clear and I'm guessing there's some language barrier there. They made a big effort none the less so kudos.

My package (Z5ii and 2 lenses) arrived within the promised delivery window and everything was in order. So I will definitely buy from them again.

Found a camera on Cotswoldcameras for my daughter after multiple local suppliers were out of stock. The cost was competitive (ish) verses competitors and they had availability. Ordering was simple and a change in colour required contact with customer services which was an absolute pleasure. Quick courteous response to my query and solved quickly. My only issue is that the time for delivery was very very long in a time when next day or next week at worst is normal. If you guys could improve this, I dont see a reason to go anywhere else for my photographic needs. Thank again

The price was so good, that I was all the time afraid it might be a scam. But it was not. Everything just perfect, I just got what I have ordered, in time it was promised.

At first I had my hesitations due to their prices.
I thought it was to good to be true. So I emailed them several times to see if they were legitimate or are they just a scamming web site. They responded to my emails quickly and answered all my concerns. It was not a small order, it was a large amount of money for me, a new Nikon camera and a couple of lenes, so my think my hesitation was justified. So I decided to bite the bullet and place an order. At first my payment attempts with a credit card would not go through, that was not Cotswolds fault, that was due to my bank protecting me from fraud. My only alternative was to do a direct deposit into their Wise Bank account. So I direct transferred the funds and again I had to contact my bank to Ok the transfer. Transferred and waited.
I contacted Cotswold again after a couple of days stressing to see what was going on with the order they answered me promptly and kept me at ease assuring me the everything is Ok and the order is being processed and on it's way very soon.
To cut a long story short, my new camera and lenses arrived within a couple of weeks, well packed in their original boxes. I will certainly be buying more gear form them again in the near future. I very rarely give 5 stars to any company. I highly recommend buying from Cotswold for their prices and customer service with no hesitation what so ever. Be well all and stay safe all.

The price was excellent and all services were good I ordered a canon lens and it got here in relatively good time considering that it's coming from so far away, after testing the lens there is nothing out of the ordinary it's just as standard like new

I received my Lense in the minimum time possible. Too fast. The lense is super ! The customer support is fast. They reply with care too fast. Im sooo dissapointed i didnt know them earlier... But i feel lucky i met them. All my gear will be from Cotswoldcameras. SUPER SUPER SUPER !!!

Tracking could be improved, as DHL just showed up with the parcel without sending any notification first.

I just received my Sony a7CR camera and Sony FE 24-70mm f/2.8 GMII lens yesterday, March 5, 2026. I ordered them less than two weeks ago. Thanks to the fantastic price, I was able to buy the 60MP CR model. The package arrived in excellent condition. The entire Cotswold Cameras team is competent, and a special mention goes to Rebecca.

The customer service is excellent. The lens i order is factory packed.

I received the Nikon z5 II in perfect condition and within the expected timeframe. TheThe price was also the lowest I found on the market. Communication with the customer support team was always quick and very kind. I highly recommend Cotswoldcameras.

Second Sony lens arrived on time and perfect. Mysterious low price but very happy with it.

Excellent service, I received the camera within 2 weeks as expected.
The package was slightly damaged, but the inside was intact and everything works perfectly.
The only downside was that they don't keep you updated; you have to contact customer service by email to find out if they've shipped and to track your shipment.
