Always great service. I have used them five times, soon to be six. Every time I place my order I receive a conformation mail followed quickly by a dispatch mail. You can also keep track of your package. The hats are always packed and protected well. Your custom will be appreciated. I have three Trilby's and two Panama's. The price and quality is excellent. Order with confidence.

The first hat that I got was too small so had to exchange for a bigger size. All done with no hassle at all. Pleasure to deal with and the hat was absolutely perfect

I received a hat I bought in size L (it seems small for a Large) and I was surprised to see how poor the packaging was. The hat arrived in a clear plastic bag, no logo, no brand on display. No tag. It looks so poorly presented. I bought it for a birthday present and I cannot give it to the person in this condition. Very disappointed with the lack of presentation. I don't recommend.

I have ordered 4 hats from CCH and every one has been dispatched to me and recieved in perfect condition, ordering is easy, all my hats are good quality material and great finish. I've got an old bush hat I picked up in Australia and never thought I would get one similar but CCH gave a great selection so will be looking to treat myself for Christmas, keep up the good work and customer service

I’m a repeat customer at Cotswold country hats. My experience over the last few years has been amazing. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable about their products and nothing ever seems too much trouble. Every time I have purchased we’ve been super delighted with the quality, the way products are packaged and the super efficient delivery service. I did receive a product that didn’t fit on one occasion and I’m afraid to say that this my mistake, I contacted the team and they talked me through the returns process, it was like nothing was too much trouble. I have bought several hats from Nicky and Nick and every time they have been spot on. I recently bought a hat for my wife for a surprise trip to the races. Unfortunately the hat size I had picked didn't fit. After a phone call to Nick and Nicky an exchange was sorted in no time. The quality of the hats are absolutely fantastic and always come well packaged.

The consumer are in the correct trade “Cowboy hats”

I bought two pairs of ear muffs.
The colours I ordered and what was sent did not match the colours they are adverting on their website. When I told them about this issue rather than correcting it or giving me another alternative and choice of colour.
Nicky covered up telling me about shades of grass and lighting are all different shades , and how they look different in lights. She was sending me very rude sarcastic emails, it’s a shame in trustpilot they don’t give you the option for you to upload any evidence .
I took pictures of all my evidence.
Im not buying grass and lighting here!

Sizing seems wrong?

Firstly this company is fantastic! The quality of their products is amazing combined with fast postage that was packaged very well...BUT.

I ordered a men's "Flying Hat" in XL and the hat itself is of the very best quality so I was really upset when the hat didn't even go over my head, it was stood on top of my skull and I couldn't pull it down, I am normally an XL but in this case I think they should either re-lable the size as a large or make them in much larger options like a 3/4 XL...I was hoping to buy more items but its not worth the risk, so ill go to a local retailer instead...

I ordered the sheepskin Earmuffs in shade chestnut.

They we packaged so beautifully and are super soft.

I've already started wearing them and they fit great, not only that but I've had lots of compliments on them and recommended for a friend to buy them too.

Ordered Haydock Wool Fedora in Dark Green which was a little tight when trying it on. The exchange and return could not have been more straightforward and I now have a well fitting Fedora in Camel, which is a beautiful colour and I would say more of a cafe au lait shade. A lovely company to deal with and their hats are of excellent quality and at an affordable price point. Will be buying from them again.
