Second order arrived without spillage and baking has improved thanks to Miss Body. Excellent results will buy again.

Having been a customer of this company for a number of years, my latest delivery arrived with obvious rodent damage. Despite repeated emails to the company to alert them of this problem, I have received no response let alone recompense for the contaminated product.

Delivered on the day stated, in good condition with great service by the driver

Quality product quickly delivered

Product was good but DX couriers failed to deliver 4 times when we were at home.
When package arrived it was damaged and 3 of the 5 bags of flour had split.

Excellent flour. High protein content hence light and larger loaves. Never had a bad loaf. I use mine in a bread maker.

I bought several different flours, and the ones I've tried so far have been excellent.
I really like the all purpose flour.

For many years i have baked my own bread using Mathews Cotswold Flour. i find the quality and consistency very reliable and the service and delivery first class.

I have used Matthews Flour exclusively for more than five years - it tastes great - but the last order had significant moth damage. I've emailed twice to try and sort out some kind of replacement or refund, but have not had any response beyond acknowledgements of my messages.

Edit 25/08: This has now been very speedily and generously resolved, but it's a shame I had to resort to airing this grievance publicly as the product is genuinely really great.

Free shipping, that’s a great bonus - value added to great products. Cotswold Crunch is the essential addition in creating my dark rye loaf, it improves texture and bite, perfectly more ish!

Love the flours, especially Cotswold Crunch, and Elaine’s sourdough videos.
Only issue is delivery - seems these can’t be left without a signature, despite not being ‘valuables’, even in a safe place. Also packaging is often damaged - appears the boxes get thrown around during the journey.
