Absolutely awful. I always try to get at least two quotes for heating oil and these guys hardly ever respond. They responded a few days ago though within minutes when I needed an emergency delivery of oil as I had run out. They tried to charge me twice the usual rate for same day delivery and just a little less for next day delivery. I usually use Red Horse Vale who are great but they likely couldn't get to me for a few days. Ford Fuels stepped in and delivered first thing the next morning at their regular rate - £1,381 - no exorbitant mark-up to take advantage of a customer's plight and just under £1,000 cheaper than Cotswold Petroleum! I will never contact Cotswold Petroleum again. I guess Trustpilot is worth checking out as the reviews on all three companies are entirely consistent with my experience.

Came on here to leave a glowing review for this Company, and I was surprised to see the negative comments.
From first contact with Leon, sorting out what we needed and access restrictions, to arranging a delivery day, then receiving the fuel, all went smoothly from start to finish. Good price too. Would definitely recommend and would use again without hesitation.

The delivery drivers openly lie when it comes to disputes with the likes of boiler juice ,typical business bat and ball blame game. Unfortunately for them the driver was caught on cctv totally debunking his excuse for a failed delivery.

Disappointing first and second contact, still waiting for a call back after taking all my details. Found a cheaper and more organised alternative. Definitely not getting my business!
