The customer service I received was fantastic. I ordered a personalised gift for Christmas and I ordered the wrong item. When I explained the situation, customer service responded quickly to help me identify a replacement whilst offering me satisfactory discount to replace my item.

Be careful... sending from UK to NL requires import duties to be paid at customs. This added another 33% to my order value.
I placed my order on 3rd Feb and it still is stuck at customs even though I have already paid the import duties more then a week ago
UPDATE: After writing the review I received an email from Customer Service offering they could resend the order. Since I had already paid the import duties I decided to wait. About a week later I finally received my package. I update my review with 1 extra star as the quality of the product is really nice. But still remains lack of response after my initial email and personal lesson... avoid buying from UK when you live in EU.

I ordered the Apple AirTag leather key case as a gift which has not yet been given to the recipient. However, the service has been excellent and extremely quick; also, the key tag is beautifully packaged. Very happy with my purchase and I’m sure the recipient will love it.
