From the first point of contact to completion Cotswood Fine Furniture were incredible. We had a requirement for more storage space under the stairs and in the kitchen. The planning details and care in resolving our issues lead to a first class finish. The workmanship, cut by cut, created the perfect understairs storage we were looking for. And the kitchen space, with a wonderful oak breakfast bar, matched beautifully the existing kitchen and is a joy to prepare and eat meals within. From the moment Warren, Laura and the team from Cotswood responded to our enquiry we wanted them to be the company to replace our kitchen. Firstly, they let the quality of their made to measure furniture talk for its self. There is therefore no need for high pressure sales and what stood out for us was the way they truly listened to what we wanted, and adapted their design to reflect our wishes, whilst still prepared to guide us from their vast knowledge to ensure everything fitted in and worked as we wanted. Having obtained 2 additional quotes from high-end kitchen suppliers, we were also given the opportunity to see work that Cotswood had undertaken for 2 previous customers who were happy to show us round, and again this gave us reassurance that we were making the right decision.
Whilst it was a large kitchen and a total refurbishment the installation was managed effectively and in line with the agreed time scales. They worked really well with our builder and electrician, and Warren was always on hand to answer any queries as we went a long. The fitting and hand painting team were superb, particularly Chris and Boycey, who would go out of their way to make suggestions as we went along, ensuring that all appliances were fitted perfectly and even agreeing with us how we wanted the shelves, drawer divider sizes and how the pantry lay out to fit our cutlery, pots, pans, food etc. The hand painted furniture looks perfect and can obviously be repainted if you fancy a change in the future.
Couldn’t recommend them more highly, and Warren is still available for any queries or any snagging should that be required. You feel reassured from the pride that they take in making made to measure furniture.
