I ordered a dress
It does not give you exact shipping dates.
I needed the dress for a wedding and ordered it 2 weeks prior.
I wrote twice to the customer services email and they have still not replied.
I have not received an order delivery date or response along with no dress!
I received my package today, it did not come to spain, took 10 days. My dress has nothing to do with the product images. And it has nothing to do with it. I would never have bought it had I known it was like this. In addition, body measurements were written wrong at least 5-6 cm. She got pretty small.

I am from Portugal and the shipping was super fast, no customs issues, and I am extremely happy with the customer service as they kept me informed of all the updates regarding the shipping. As for the item, I purchased a very beautiful corset and it is exactly as showed on the picture and the size is perfect for me. I already knew my asian size beforehand but as a recommendation do make sure you get your measures right before ordering. I have to say that shopping from Cottagecore was a very good and uneventful experience.
