I would definitely not recommend renting your property with Cottage Fields. I had an absolute nightmare with the tenants that they ‘recommended’.
So much of their management was questionable throughout. Do not accept their Landlord Insurance, absolute rip off and total farce.
Their awful tenants finally moved out of my property nearly a year ago and I’m still being chased for utility payments.
My experience with them was awful. Absolute amateurs.

Absolutely amazing service from the start. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Pauline got everything done so quickly and kept me up to date with everything - which made my first time move so much easier! Thank you so much! :-)

Absolutely amazing service , I was lucky to have Yahya as my agent as he was very helpful , understanding and also easy to talk to and very professional . Chris and rasit also very lovely people and very helpful through my journey of finding my property.
Definitely give them a visit they are the best .

Absolutely brilliant! We had a very complex and long chain which had to be handled with great care and professionalism. From instruction to viewings, negotiating price, sales progression to exchange/completion, Ilshad and Chris were amazing in their support and knowledge. I honestly cannot fault them on anything! I would 100% recommend Cottage Fields!!

We use Cottage Fields as our sole agents, as they are very experienced in the field and their service is unrivalled. They help us acquire investments properties to buy, once we have renovated them, we then proceed to let and manage with speed, professionalism and skill. They truly take the stress away for scenarios one can find difficult through the selling, letting and management of properties. Would not recommend them higher. Great team of honest and truly hard working individuals.

We would recommend this Estate Agent, their staff are super friendly and approachable.

Sold my 2 bed property in just over three weeks with Cottage Fields which amazes me. I was expecting it to be far longer and a lot more of a headache when it came to the paperwork. I'm not usually the type to leave lengthy reviews but thought it might be helpful for prospective home sellers to know what good things to keep an eye out for that Cottage Fields did for me: we had plenty viewings for my property, they also gave me feedback as we went through the process. I'm quite an anxious person so it meant a lot to me that they kept in touch after each viewing and let me know what the people viewing were saying. Even when some hiccups and obstacles arose with some of the paperwork, Cottage Fields supported me with legal aspects and helped ensure the sale went through. I also just genuinely like the team, Kurt was really charming and knowledgable, he put a lot of effort into making the selling process easy and answered my questions along the way - if i had another house to sell I'd go back to this lot right away.

I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. There are better estate agents out there. In fact be ware of their practices. They're NOT upfront or transparent (as they claim) about serious issues with a property for sale, never come back on any questions you leave with them and they were late for my last viewing. They're are difficult to deal with and defensive when it comes to feedback. They called me argumentative when all I was trying to do is get an update after my last viewing. Don't be fouled by their polite telephone manner, that's where customer service ends! The lack of service starts with the director and continues with the remaining staff. I won't be using them for sale of my property or purchase of my new home.

Relieved to have picked Cottage Fields to sell my house through. They got my Edmonton property sold for a good price. But before that the process was smooth as! I got property performance reports about how well the listing was doing and they kept me in the loop about marketing strategies that would do well. I kept making jokes that cfields were taking all my stresses away, like going to a spa. Thank you everyone and to Maria too for not minding when my little one knocked all the stuff off your desk! - Andi

My experience with Cottage Fields was really great. They got me a great price on my new home and I'm really excited to retire in Enfield. I also felt really comfortable with the way that they helped break down all the legal side of things to me so that everything felt like it was being done properly and I was going in with my eyes open and my pockets protected,.
