I took my car in with a problem that seemed to defy explanation. Susan was wonderful about hanging in there and continuing to work on solving the problem. She kept me constantly informed about the issue. It did take some time to solve the problem, but she did not give up.

I went with Cottman because of the experience my father in law had with them. They came and picked up my vehicle checked it out and called me with their findings the next day. Sent me the quote via email for my approval and had my van ready the following day. Yes I would recommend Cottman to any and all my family and friends.

We visited the one in WS and they were very honest and polite. Will definitely return as service is needed.

Car was "checked out" and the only information I was given was they would charge Just short of $500 to take tranny out/in. No info on possible problem or cost. I spent 30 minutes on internet and found all the info on problem with car and solutions to fix it. Plus a sizeable amount of change was taken out of the arm rest console. Overall not happy at all

I have found a great place in Cottman's of Durham. The man that runs the place, Jody, is a wonderful and trustworthy person to have to take care of you and your car. He patiently explains every question that I have and he always comes through with what he says and tells me. I never leave there feeling uncomfortable. He makes sure that I get the best of care, and there are not too many places that I can boast of that. I can also boast that he goes the extra mile with taking care of me after hours. If you've never tried Cottman's for your specific car care needs, I highly recommend that you do. I know that Jody is a godsend to me.

Jody of cottmans is a real down to earth professional. He's loyal to his customers and his team follows his lead. He's a great all around guy and Cottmans should be honored to have him on your team!! Thanks Jody!!

I was very satisfied with the work performed by Cottman of Durham. Jody was very professional and provided clear and detailed information regarding the work (valve body replacement) to be done. Throughout the process, Jody called and share updates/changes along the way. Everything happened in the manner and timeframe in which Jody described when diagnosing and completing the work to be performed. This work was completed a couple of weeks of ago and my car continues to perform well.

Unfortunately, Jody was assigned to another store out of town when my car was ready to be picked up. The employee facilitating the return of my car had an odd-ball character, could not share definitive information concerning the warranty and, vehemently questioned why I was concerned about the warranty. Really? When Jody became aware of this awkward situation, he contacted me the very next day and apologized for the employee's behavior and made sure all my questions about the the warranty were addressed and any other questions were answered.

Jodi is always friendly and very helpful. He takes the time to explain the issue and process to resolve. He will pull out a book if necessary so you have complete understanding. That isn't just customer service... That's genuinely caring.

Ms Debbie is an excellent manager and she does a great job in customer service and in doing the best that she can to make your experience there at Cottman a great success I highly recommend her and the guy that caught me on Independence Boulevard in Charlotte North Carolina

I found the employees to be very professional. I took my car in on a Wed morning to have the transmission rebuilt and picked it up early Friday afternoon.
