I have placed an order, unfortunately the lamps were not in stock. I was offered a cancellation in order to place the order again with the BlackFriday discount, a week later. That was a great hint! Unfortunately the package got lost at DHL and we had to wait about 2 weeks until this was officially clear. A new delivery was dispatched quickly and arrived within 2 days. The service was very nice and helpful. The service and help was very good. And most importantly: the lamps are great, I love the lamps.

You are the best there is
You are the best there is! This is my third time ordering Cotton Ball Lights and there isn't a better product on the market. Believe me, I've searched for 9 months during my first pregnancy. These are high quality products that last. The customer service is amazing and helpful, they will answer all your questions and solve any problem, if such thing can actually occur. Just received my Christmas lights and the kids are overwhelmed as much as I am. Already thinking of the colour pallete for garden in the spring! Totally recommend everything!!!

Very happy child (and parents)
We created our own cotton ball indoor lights chain for our child's bedroom, they love them!
Website is great for the creation and being able to see how the different colours look together was so helpful! Assembly of the lights was simple, instructional video is useful so you know you need to twist them (don't just try to push them onto the light thread as you'll break them). Overall brilliant experience, will be ordering additional colours so we can switch out the theme over time.

Spare parts
I ordered spare parts. The order was delivered fast and the product’s quality is very good. The new string light (as a spare part) with a twist is much better than the previous one as it does not damage the Cotton balls at all.

Wonderful light art!
I was able to mix and match a cotton ball fairy light set according to my taste, which now fit perfectly in my apartment. Besides that, it is a lovely gift idea for friends and family members. I like that the Cotton Ball Lights invest in Fair-Trade products. Ordering was simple and the delivery followed as promised on the next day. I even got a little extra gift for my purchase!
