I've sent four messages overall
I've sent four messages overall. The first three weren't answered. The last message sent was answered, incompletely. I need to change the size and was told there are no exchanges. I have to return and then reorder. What about the discount I received on the purchase. There's no customer service number which would have made this much easier. Perhaps, if they responded to my original message, I would have gotten the right size.

Big comfy hoodie :) it's exactly what I wanted soft ordered it oversized so it's nice and big and the hood is big unlike cheaper hoodies. If I could make one suggestion it would be nice if the website had a caring for your 100% cotton clothing section with instructions for washing and drying maybe tips on what kind of detergent stuff like that.
