It sags after a year
I bought two of these single Lates Futomat about 2 years ago. One of my boys is complaining about sagginess of his mat. We do shake it and turn it around regularly as it recommends. However, the natural material does not support like those spring type or expensive memory forms. Although I wanted more natural material bed for my children, I would not buy it again.

Hello, Thank you for your review. We are really sorry to hear that you have had problems with this product. The Futomats are a futon based mattress that need to be regularly flipped and rotated. There is an amount of settlement that we expect with these products, especially when an option without a spring is selected. The product comes with a 1 year manufacturing warranty but unfortunately I can't see that you been in touch to discuss options.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY SOLD ME A MATTRESS THAT WAS NOT AS DESCRIBED ON WEBSITE IT WAS SO THIN. I RETURNED THE ITEM AND THEY CHARGED ME £70?
I MADE MORE THAN 20 CALLS AND THEY LAUGHED AND HUNG UP ON ME. THE WOMAN I SPOKE TO IN THE END WAS REALLY REALLY RUDE MADE ME CRY AND STRESSED OUT AVOID THIS COMPANY. SCAMMERS

We're sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service we have provided. I have reviewed the details relating to you order and I can see that at your request your mattress was brought back to our workshop for review under the terms of the manufacturers guarantee.
Action was taken to review the mattress and confirmation was supplied that there was no fault with the mattress, we would be more than happy to supply you with further images and a video of the manufacturing review undertaken.
As there is no fault with the mattress we have offered options for bespoking the item to meet your requirements, which you have declined.
A refund has been issued as per our cancelled items terms and conditions at your request.
All calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes, we have reviewed your calls today and find no evidence of our customer service representative laughing or behaving outside of our normal communication expectations, however we are very sorry that you do not feel our customer service meets your required standards and will review this with the team.
As a small business our team are often busy on calls or with customers in the showroom, we make an effort to reach out to customers as soon as we can if we are unable to speak with them at the time of their call.

We bought two single Vegan Luxury…
We bought two single Vegan Luxury mattresses almost one year ago and after twelve months of comfort I thought I really should complete a review. We live just down the road from Cottonsafe so we able to visit the showroom before purchase. Rebecca was always so helpful and there was no pressure whatsoever. The ordering process was straightforward, the mattresses arrived as expected and we have been happy ever since. For anyone seeking a well made, comfortable vegan mattress without any nasties this is the place to go. Definitely 5 stars.

Comfortable and warm
Our futomat is very comfortable, lighter and easier to manoeuvre than we expected, and surprisingly warmer than our previous sprung mattress. It arrived promptly, with good communication to arrange delivery.

We searched for a small mattress that was organic and well made. And we found a perfect one. It’s almost like a cross between a mattress and a futon. People have mentioned aroma but it was very feint indeed. Very comfortable and supportive. Would recommend.

Excellent quality products and company
We'd been searching for a wool mattress that didn't have fire retardant chemicals and this was the only company we found that made them. We visited the showroom while travelling to try out a few and received excellent advice from Jamie. The ordering process was easy and communication from the company (and the delivery company) was very clear and timely. Our mattress arrived on time and was taken to the room we specified. Because there are no fumes from chemicals we could sleep on it immediately. We chose the Sidmouth non-turn mattress. After having it a month it has made a big difference to our sleep. Long-standing back and neck problems are improving and it is much more warm and comfortable than our previous mattress. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Knowledgeable & well made
My experience with Cotton safe was excellent from start to finish. Communication was always easy & prompt. Makes a refreshing change to be able to communicate with minimum fuss. Online site was easy to navigate. Have had my cottonsafe, pocket topper for a couple of months now, though a little too warm in the extreme summer temperatures, it creates a sumptuous feel to my mattress otherwise.

Super super comfy
We bought a futomat as a floor bed for our 2-3 year-old daughter, and Cottonsafe was super helpful in advising what to go for and all the specifics. We couldn't be happier with the mattress, now over 6 months on, we're so surprised just how comfy it is, and when it's time to change our own mattress we'll definitely go for Cottonsafe. Knowing it's all natural is peace of mind too.
