Lovely friendly staff in store (Dobbies). Ordering was quick and easy. (You didn't have my size in store.) Choice of pick up and delivery: I chose pickup because I prefer to try on and return to the store straight away if necessary, eliminating the need to post. I was alerted when my order had arrived and was able to pick it up. Items were good quality and not overpriced.

Ordering was easy, delivery on time. I had previously bought a swimsuit suit so knew the tankini top would also fit.

Very helpful, cheerful staff. Suggested I try on the clothes I had ordered so it would save me a trip back if any returns needed to be made. I have been through this process twice recently and had a very good experience.

Easy ordering with free click and collect from store. This means that parcels arrive where and when they should. Easy returns if you try clothes on in the store.

Great service, especially at the cotton traders shop.
Only to be frustrated by the delivery firm. Most parcels go our neighbour, the last delivery, was not delivered but dumped, just over our neighbours low wall, just ready to be taken by a passer without the need to enter the property.

Everything I buy from Cotton Traders is of excellent quality. The styles are very good and some are different from everyday things on the High Street.
I would recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered this coat online and picked up in store. I made a mistake on the first order but accidently ordering a size 5XL. But the cost was nice and the staff in-store were really great (after they'd stopped laughing) and ordered the medium I actually needed. Picked that up today, tried it on and there's ample room from a thick jumper or Gilet as I had hoped. The same ladies were serving and wee as helpful as before. Coat looks good, can't comment yet on it's performance as a waterproof long coat but I'm sure I can soon with the weather as it is at the moment.

I am between a 14 and 16 the last time a ordered a top in a 14 and it was too small, so I ordered the lovely striped jumper in a 16 - it was too big! I found that our local Dobbies Garden Centre stocked Cotton Traders and they took back the size 16 and sold me the 14. Job done !
