Thank you for your review and for bringing this matter to our attention.

I am very sorry to hear that your parcel was delivered to the wrong address.

I have tried to call you this afternoon to discuss this further, however, I could not get through on the number we have saved for you.

So we can rectify this for you, please call our friendly Customer Care line on 0161 286 4321 and confirm the correct address you would like the parcel sending to.

Once we have confirmed this, we can send out a replacement (subject to stock availability) straight away.
