I collected a cardigan for my husband…
I collected a cardigan for my husband from our local shop. Unfortunately it didn’t fit so I returned to the shop to order a bigger size. The lady in the shop was really helpful in refunding and reordering a bigger size. She was efficient, helpful and courteous. The new jumper arrived and was a perfect fit! Many thanks.

Sizing problems
Quality is good but I have problems with the sizing as I fall between medium and large having a 43" chest and different types of garment may or may not fit. For example a jacket ordered was too big in large so had to reorder in medium. This resulted in me having to pay two delivery charges or have to drive 35 miles to my nearest store.

Having checked your account, I can see that you weren’t charged delivery on your first order of the jacket as it was a click and collect order over £35. You were charged postage on the second order as it went to your home address and you purchased extra items.
If customers would like to exchange an item for an alternative size or colour only, we will happily re-order a replacement for them and send it with free postage. We can do this if customers call our friendly UK Contact Centre on 0844 844 1111 and select the relevant option to order a replacement item. Please note that extra items can’t be added to exchange orders.

Really pleased with jumper
Really pleased with jumper. Ordered size 12 and 14 as I wasn’t sure how baggy the jumper would be and I’m normally somewhere between 12/14, the 12 fitted perfectly. Click and collect to store, staff very helpful and tried on in store to check the fit and then returned the size 14 straight away.

Good company but oversized clothing
The administration (ordering, delivery, collection etc) is good, the staff great and friendly, even when making returns. The only overall problem I have found is that the sizing is not true as most of the women's clothing is at least one size bigger than advertised. Shame.

Easy to order, delivery to store excellent, and item great
Easy quick ordering and could deliver to store which was brilliant as I’ve lost a lot of expensive parcels recently with a certain courier so this was easy and peace of mind.
In store experience when I collected at Newnham court Maidstone was amazing, super helpful friendly staff, let me try it on first, and were very complementary.
Cardigan was perfect, great fit and colour, sleeve length perfect, usually they are too short. Very happy.
Would definitely buy online from them again, but only if I can deliver to collect from the store, which isn’t always available as an option.

Even though I ordered a coat to be delivered to my local store, on going to pick it up I decided it would be a little tight when driving the car. The shop assistant was so helpful in showing me options of other instock coats. I found a lovely coat that fitted just right. The refund for my online purchase was back in my account two days later. Very happy customer

Service excellent. Sizing inaccurate!
In-shop service was excellent. Staff were helpful and understanding and product range for the item sought was good.
So it is unfortunate that I had to travel 36 miles round trip to your nearest shop just because your suppliers can't get inside leg measurements correct!
31" was 33" and 29" was 31".
If we could be confident this is "normal", we could adjust accordingly, but we can't. Having to trust to luck is not good!
