I have just received my second order from Cotton Trends and I must say I was very concerned, as it hadn’t arrived after a month.
I contacted the company by email and Ron replied immediately sending the consignment number of when my order was dispatched. He suggested that there was a problem with Australia Post and slow delivery.
The problem is that there is no tracking number with Australia Post because the ‘parcel’ is actually a ‘letter’ mail.
Anyway I certainly didn’t have a problem with corresponding with Cotton Trends and they even offered to replace my labels if they didn’t arrive and charge Australia Post.
This wasn’t necessary as my labels arrived yesterday 6 weeks from ordering.
I am writing this review because I do believe Cotton Trends is a legitimate company (yes when I placed my first order I thought it was an Australian Company as others have stated.) Seems to be common practice so I always check now before I order, so that I am making an informed decision about my purchase.
By the way my first order arrived in two weeks.
I will order from Cotton Trends again, however I will also allow for slow delivery.

Absolutely shocking experience! Email address bounces, no way of tracking the order, I don't have any indication on whether my product is even going to be any good. I will be reaching out to my business banking after reading all the reviews and reporting scam/fishing and requesting an investigation and full refund.

TOTAL SCAM, do not go here. FAQ will reference a local courier but they're in the Netherlands, says 2-10 working days for delivery, took a month, I paid for 100% cotton, got 100% polyester, cost $70 for 48 unusable labels (mine were printed "100% Cotton"!!), printing blurry and cheap, what you get looks nothing like their online preview, pricing EXCLUDES GST but doesn't tell you (so violating NZ law), emailed requesting refund, NO REPLY!
UPDATE: got a reply after posting this review, their excuse for sending what looks like polyester, feels like polyester, behaves like polyester when burned, is: "Our cotton labels are enriched with an artificial fiber for high color fastness, the prevention of fraying and to increase its wash resistance.To protect cotton labels from sunlight, washing, heat and wear and to
prevent fraying, a wafer-thin protective coating has been applied on the frontside."

So it's cotton coated with chemicals such that it behaves as polyester when burned (but really isn't, even if it still feels like that, looks like that?). This is the run-around you can expect from these scammers, and yeah, STILL NO REFUND!

Scam please don't order from them. I've been waiting for 6 weeks and looks like I've done $118. They said they were NZ but not, absolutely gutted.

I placed an order which never arrived (after over a month) and when I reached out for assistance i received the following response:

“What nonsense. What nonsense. You are just saying something and accusing me of a crime (fraud is a crime). You have not been scammed at all. You ordered labels from us. We made them within one working day and sent them with NZ Post. I previously sent you the shipping receipt from the carrier and the track and trace from NZ Post. The labels are taking longer to arrive at NZ Post than usual because there is apparently a delay at NZ Post. We have no influence on that at all, you know that. You just have to be more patient and stop bombarding us with your nonsense emails.

I think the above speaks for itself with regard for to the level of service and professionalism. Please do not make my mistake!

Scammers!!!! DO NOT ORDER. I placed an order and it never arrived! Ron was extremely rude and refused to help. I only ordered on the understanding they were based in and shipped from New Zealand (as the website states), but this was false. I see from the other reviews this is a common experience and they scam everyone who places an order! I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered - don’t make my mistake.

I ordered and then I read the reviews and I was sure it was a scam. But no. After 10 days I received my order and everything was good . 😌

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Not sure why I didn’t check the reviews first, but I didn’t and am having the same issues as listed below. Labels ordered on 22nd Jan still not arrived. I admit I was suspicious when I received the confirmation of order e mail that listed the various reasons why they may be late arriving. The latest excuse is Storm Jocelyn. Shame on these people.

Absolutely disgusting company to try to do business with!
Quality of labels is very poor, colours mingle into one, very faint and illegible!! If you contact them for a refund they write e mails that make no sense!
Took out a dispute with PayPal and they awarded it in my favour as all the e mails communication state they know they have poor equipment that simple can’t print your design, they print it anyway and take your money and then think they can make excuse after excuse of why they don’t print properly. One minute it is the contrast and only black and white is eligible, then it’s too complicated (a paw and a few words!) then it’s too small to print and many more! But then, if you order in bulk they can print it fine !?!
They know they can’t print it they will tell you so, but they don’t care as they will hide behind what they think is law, which it’s not!!
Honestly a bunch of cowboys!
They bombarding me with e mails and even said they can’t print a bible on a 2cm x 2cm label - well I guess not seeing as they can’t even print a paw 🐾 🤣😂
Well at least I have got my money back from such an awful company who obviously have no customer satisfaction and don’t care- maybe they should get proper equipment and do some mock proofs, or get some glasses 🤓

I ordered before i read tve reviews. When I didn’t receive my order when expected, I thought I would never get it.

I contacted the company, and they responded the same day. A week later I got my package, and was positively surprised about the quality. Reading the reviews here, made me think the product would be of poor quality, if I ever received it.

I must say, I am really happy with the result. The fabric is fine, and logo and text quite good.

Women’s Winter boots bought. Very poor quality. Will not stand up in snow or rain. 2 sizes too small. Have contacted the company for return and they will not respond back

poor quality. Cant read the logo at all. I have contacted them several times about a refund and all I get back is rude non sensical emails. I thought having .com .au website meant an Australian based business - no such thing. It took a month to receive the poor quality labels. then their replacements were just as bad. Pathetic really

Don’t deal with this company!
My package never arrived ! And customer service person RON is very rude with email replies ! Not helpful at all and refuses to lodge claim and only tells you to wait and keeps sending emails about courier delays when in fact all my other packages arrives on time and only have issue with cotton trend ! No refund or compensation given !

If I could I would give them a 0. They are a total.scam. they write on their advertisements, return 100% refund. Then they send you a a poorly made item that is the wrong size . They will.not give you an address to return the item and offer a fraction of the price you paid. Do not buy from this company.

Poor quality, the logo isn’t even legible it’s been printed so small. There was no proof image or warning that the logo would come out as it has. The material of the labels are thin and cheap. Completely unusable. I contacted the company to ask for a refund which was refused and now they are ignoring further emails. Avoid.

When I ordered the reviews were good, or I wouldn't have ordered. The boots I got were terribly made and smelled terrible.
I'm afraid I was scammed. Ugh

I ordered personalized labels in Oeko Tex cotton but instead they printed on a TNT material which they still consider cotton. Terrible product and terrible service.
Labels printed in low quality material with different sizes upon order. Simply a scam!

Utterly disingenuous. Took my money and no sign of delivery. DO NOT USE! I cannot identify where they are actually based. I cannot emphasise more that you are wasting your time contacting 'Ron'.
