HORRIBLE COMPANY

HORRIBLE COMPANY. CHARGED ME OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND NOW HAVE COLLECTIONS AFTER ME. PEOPLE BEWARE!!!!!!! THESE DONT WORK. TERRIBLE PRODUCT THAT RESEMBLES BED SHEETS. SO BAD. HATE THIS BRAND AND REGRET MY PURCHASE.

If I could give them no stars I would their customer service is terrible and they will fined a way more to refund you. I sent a cover back the same day I received it in the original packaging and after asking for a refund for over a month they send me a picture of a different cover that had stains all over it and said I do t qualify for a refund. This company is a rip off and I will never do business with them again

Worst customer service didn’t realize…

Worst customer service didn’t realize that they were not waterproof and I do have dogs and wanted to return.
Customer service was nasty in their emails back to me. I wanted a return label and they said they didn’t provide that. This is one of the worst companies to deal with. They don’t treat customers very nice nor try to work with them. Their product is very thin And not good quality. Would never buy from them again

I ordered over a year ago with no…

I ordered over a year ago with no problem. This time, I ordered over 3 months ago, and despite numerous inquiries where the replies ranged from “your order is packaged and awaiting shipment”, then “it’s backordered” then “shipping is delayed due to Covid, still no cover. I’m on my third time requesting a refund, and will now be disputing this with my bank. This is a terrible company that used to be pretty good.

This couch cover was not the best for…

This couch cover was not the best for my couch! It would never stay in place and the foam bars would always pop out when you sat down. The ties that go on the bottom also were not sewn well at all, so they came off so easily. Also, if you have a pet, this does not easily let go of dog hair and it shows any kind of dampness (ie a dog licking their paw) even after it is dried. The fabric is also very thin, so my dog ripped it by accident many times before we had to just take it off.
If you don’t have a pet or don’t mind not having the cover tucked in, this cover is a great choice!

The worst.

These things are crap, and their customer service is unbelievable. I imagine many people buy these, like me, because they have pets. The material is thin and cheap, and is absolutely no match for paws. I ordered 3 couchsavers in the beginning of November. One was torn in several places within minutes, no exaggeration. When I emailed customer service, they said there was nothing they could do. The second one is ripped now, too. The third never arrived. I had to go back and forth with customer service for MONTHS to get a refund for the third--I finally received it in the beginning of February. Finally, the products don't look nearly as nice as they do on the site. This company is selling cheap crap at an extremely marked up price. Definitely avoid!

They sent us 1 couch cover when we ordered two and then said they checked the weights of the package and we were lying. Then they said we would have to pay a restocking fee and cleaning fee if we returned it, they also said we must return “Both” couch covers or we would not receive a refund. Out 170 dollars, stay away from this company, they are criminals and already have multiple complaints with the BBB. Scammers!!!!

4 months to get a China cheap couch cover

Took 4 months to get the couch cover. When contacting customer service they kept saying it was shipped. I asked for a shipping number and the name of the shipping company. I received the information and found out it’s not made or provided by couch covers it’s ordered from a company in China. Which explains the months wait for delivery.
These couch covers were expensive for the poor quality. There are no instructions and it’s all in Chinese labels. I could have bought the same thing from China for $12.
They claim there covers are water proof they are not. The material is very thin. And had a bad smell. I have photos I hope I can upload. I was originally thinking this website was a scam so at least I got something for what I paid. They are false advertising and and I would never buy from them again.

DO NOT BUY FROM COUCHSAVERS

I purchased 3 covers from couchsavers on Oct 20, 2020.

According to their website,

“All orders are expertly packaged, prepared, and shipped within 1-5 business days of ordering.” 

When my order did not arrive within this timeline, I sent several emails asking about it only to be told that there was a delay.

Finally, 89 days later, I received an email stating that my order had shipped. When my order arrived, I only received 1 of the covers.

When I sent a follow up email asking where the remaining 2 covers of my order were, they told me it was already delivered complete. They stated that all the covers were included in one shipment and if any were missing it was because they were lost or stolen upon shipping. Their only solution was to offer me a discount code to order more covers. This company is not professional and I wish I did more research before I purchased from them. They are running a very dishonest business. My recommendation is to NOT BUY FROM COUCHSAVERS!

At the end of all this, I have one couch cover for the price of 3 that can not be used.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service! Got my covers after waiting a full month and one was too small. I wanted to just do the refund because it would take too long to get the new ones and I found the same covers on Amazon. I had to pay for my own shipping back and a 20% restocking fee. Then they email me saying they found dog hair on it and will not refund my money. They sent pictures of 5 pieces of dog hair, absolutely ridiculous. Now I’m out $90!

Quality of the couch cover is pretty…

Quality of the couch cover is pretty good however 3 and 4 seater does not seem to properly fit my L shape couch.
After a month of receiving my order I was was sent a UPS bill in the amount of 68.00$ for delivery/ shopping/ duties and taxes to Canada.
When placing an order shipping and delivery was stated 3.99$. I contacted Couchsavers about it and they apologized for ‘inconvenience’ saying I am responsible for paying an amount that was never mentioned during placing an order. I am not recommending this company as they seem dishonest. Also, my discount has never been applied but I was told that exchange rate of Canadian dollar was high.

Do not buy!

We bought a new couch recently and wanted to get good, quality couch covers to protect it.  I wanted to support an "American" made company, instead of one of the big box stores.  I guess this was mistake #1.  I placed my order on November 25th.  I purchased 3 items which totalled nearly $200.  My order was shipped on December 2nd.  Now I understand with the current state of the world that shipping can be delayed.  This was not the issue.  However, then the package had no tracking changes for over a week.  
ONE item arrived at my house on December 10th and suddenly the online tracking says "package was delivered".  I waited a couple days to see if the others would arrive.  I contacted CouchSavers.  The only way to contact them is via an online chat or email.  There is no actual phone number for this company.  Online chat guy said he would "open my case".  Didn't hear anything for 5 days.  Contacted online help again, they said my case is in the queue.  I must wait to hear.  They cannot help me anymore at this time.  On December 21st I emailed them.  Upon hearing back from them, they said yep, looks like everything was delivered.  WHEN IN FACT IT WAS NOT!  I emailed back, showed pictures of the small box with the 1 item that I had received.  I requested a refund and offered to send the one item back if they'd like.  Got an email back saying they do not provide coverage for lost or stolen packages through the free shipping option.  Mind you, this is the only way to get these items - is through they're free shipping option.  I personally think this company is a SCAM.  DO NOT BUY!!  They do not actually ship you the products.  They just take your money.  Oh but don't worry -- if I'm interested in a replacement for my items I can buy them again with a 15% off code!  Haha!

Save yourself the trouble

Buyer beware! I was excited to refresh my sectional so I decided to give couch savers a try. November 22nd, I chatted with “Jerome” about what sizes I should purchase for my L shaped sectional. I finally decided to purchase on December 13th, and receive a partial order on December 26th. That same day, I reached out to see if part of my order was sent separately and was told by “Jerome” again (some coincidence) that I would be receiving my missing item. I still had not received my missing item by yesterday , January 7th, so I followed up again. “Jerome” responded again today to tell me that according to the weight of the package they sent everything which is some mystical miracle to me because Im still missing part of my order. There is no initiative to resolve this matter and I don’t know if Jerome is the only person they have on staff but someone made a mistake and i honestly hope my refund is processed for products that I can’t even use now.

This was the worst mistake of my life…

This was the worst mistake of my life as far as ordering online, this company claims that you have 15 days from the day you receive your sofa cover to return it if you are no completely satisfy, well not only did was I not satisfied with the cheap product that they sent me, but I sent over 8 emails and every time the response was someone will get in touch with you to set up return, I waited and waited and again I would send them another email that time was running out, well after 2 months they come back to tell me that my time had lapsed, what a crock of you know what, people DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARN MONEY ON THIS GARBAGE, the fabric its so thin and the dimensions don't fit any L shaped sofa, I work for the government and I'm going to report them as well as I see other comments similar to mine's where folks write in to return and no one gets back to them until the 15 days have lapsed, I'm also going to contact the BBB and let them know what a fraud they are.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I ordered these couch savers according to their sizing guide. Once they arrived, I tried them on my couch to find out they do not fit. As stated in the return policy, I returned the product in the original packaging, just as it came. After paying over 20 dollars to ship the product back for a return, with of course a restocking fee deduction, I was emailed back with pictures of single pieces of dog hair that was found on the couch savers. My product was not eligible for a refund. Now, I’m not really sure what I was supposed to do in this situation, wash the covers with the risk of shrinking and not returning as is.. or returning the never used, or even sat on product with a possible stray dog hair. Unreal. To make matters worse, once they contacted me to say that I wasn’t eligible for a refund, they asked if they should send me an invoice to cover the shipping back to me, or if they should just keep the product. I agree the covers look nice, but I would avoid ordering this product online due to the risk of it not fitting and being stuck with the cost. These covers are not cheap! I am so upset and wish I never even ordered in the first place.
