Bought Cougar Ranger One Gray in october 2025.

Didn't chekc everything properly, thought it was how it's supposed to be.

Later, after a few months of uncomfortable experience discovered that this incompetent brand of trash products didn't put a lumbar cushion and chair legs without which this product is not only worthless but very uncomfortable to use.

Support is useless, they just keep saying "cushion under the recliner", there is nothing, there was nothing in the box. There were no legs either.

You can't even buy these bits from them, have to look for elsewhere. Which is good i guess - no more money for them.

Screw them, screw this brand. Whenever i go i will name this brand for what it is - trash. It ruined my relaxation and rare moments of peace.

They are an affordable gaming pheripherals provider, and you can find many things here. However, the quality of some of their things is lower than others. For example, their keyboards and mouses are just weak and not competitors to new companies. However, i have a cougar gaming chair and that one was pricey, but the quality is exceptional, and the same goes for desks.

Best quality and amazing experience

Bought a Cougar 700Kkeyboard and mouse. The mouse was fine but the keyboard was rubbish.
Considering this is an expensive keyboard, i was very disappointed.
firstly only the M1 memory worked. if I tried the other two, it would just type the word over and over again.
and then, playing a computer game, all the controls went haywire.
Never buying this company's products again.
My keyboard is out of warranty, but looking on various boards it would be useless contacting them anyway.

They have cool PC cases but the customer service lacks professionalism. they will ignore any question or after service requests, and dont offer spare parts for purchase.
Any company worth their salt will respond to inquiries and would be willing to sell you products, but this tactless company is just in it for themselves.

i wont be buying another cougar product if this is their business strategy.

I can only say that after purchasing the Cougar 600M mouse I was quite happy with the look and feel of the product. I could customize all of the buttons with the personalized app and even change the light color.

After 2 months I realized that the wrap of the mouse started to peel off and both the middle mouse button and the side buttons stopped working. After using it for about a year I bought the new 700M, but the same issues occured so I would say it's not worth it just for people to say "what a cool looking mouse"

I opened a ticket regarding a problem with one of the two Cougar chairs I purchased. We received the chairs the 6th of January, but after not even two weeks of use the chair has started to creak. We originally contacted the place we purchased the chairs from, but they couldn't give us any other advice, than what we've already tried and they then recommended that we contacted Cougar. It has now been more than a week and I have not heard a peep from Cougar - not even a "we've received your inquiry etc. etc.". I'm very dissatisfied that I've payed almost 600 dollars for a chair, only for it to creak after ONLY 2 WEEKS.
If you purchase anything from Cougar, I hope you're ready for not getting any form of help, if something goes wrong.

Quite easily the worst experience I've ever had with a computer case and company.

To start with the huge obnoxious stickers across the glass, Dont worry they'll soon shatter on you. Can't purchase replacement glass so then you're left with a paperweight.....

Cougar Gaming is a very incompetent company. Their products are unreliable and when they fail, the company does nothing about it and lets the warranty expire. The Cougar 700K keyboard loses connection and fails to respond within 6-8 mos. Trying to updated the drivers or software does not work since the keyboard is not detected at all. All the USB ports work since all other keyboard and peripherals work fine. The warranty is for 1 year. In the time before the warranty expiration, no response via support and calling their number gives you voice message saying 'your call can not be completed at this time'.
In the end I'm going with another company for my gaming peripherals and supplies. STAY AWAY FROM COUGAR PRODUCTS.

terrible company to affiliate themselves with. Just google team singularity scam on google.

Cougar gaming international has no customer support. Opened ticket over 3 months later, nothing. No acknowledgment, I'm pretty sure no one looked at the ticket. Opened another one, same thing. Never buying from Cougar ever again.

Same issue as other reviews, I opened two tickets asking for help, it’s going on three weeks and it appears it hasn’t even been looked at. The case I bought is the EvoRGB. It’s a fine case and looks nice but without any suppprt I’m wondering if I made the right decision going with them.
