Countess Marquees were fantastic. We made an enquiry earlier this year and our first contact was Farris who was friendly, professional and made the whole process so much easier for us. We arranged a site visit pretty quickly (our event was in our back garden) and straight away Farris knew exactly what size marquee we would need and how it would look. He helped us envision our wedding reception before we even had a chance to think about it! He talked us through all the details (things I would never have thought of). The quote provided was reasonable and definitely matched the product. An itemised quote was provided online and was very professionally arranged. Farris and Sue were very accommodating in quickly updating our quote for us whenever we wanted to make changes. The payment process was seamless with immediate confirmation that put my mind at ease. Farris led an amazing team in setting up the marquee a few days before our event. They were all very professional and worked so hard throughout the day to make it look perfect. During transit, one of the chandeliers had gotten damaged however this did not cause any issues as Farris and the team very quickly and efficiently problem solved and immediately got us a replacement. The marquee looked absolutely beautiful during the day and especially at night. It exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much Countess Marquees for making our wedding so beautiful and a day we will never forget! We highly recommend them for your events.

We first used Countess Marquees five years ago and they we're so great on that occasion that we didn't hesitate to use them again for our large party last weekend. Nothing is too much trouble and everything is slick and efficient from the initial site visit through to taking down the marquee at the end. Sue is really good at recommending the finishing touches which help to make the marquee look stunning. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We used Countess Marquees to supply and install a heated marquee to house multiple toilet units whilst we undertook refurbishment of toilet facilities within a large London Hospital. Sue provided excellent communication throughout the duration and complied fully with our health and safety procedures and practices which were extra rigorous due to the Covid 19 pandemic. Monthly inspections were undertaken on this long term hire to ensure the marquee was as it should be, safe and secure. We could not fault the quality of the marquee, flooring and carpet tiles and the dressing of the marquee around an existing entrance corridor which allowed the facilities to appear as though they were within an internal part of the hospital. We would not hesitate to use Countess Marquees again.
