So glad I found this company online…brilliant experience with them. The range & colour choices were excellent & ordering straightforward. Delivery was all organised by Lisa with a 3rd party & worked perfectly. Absolutely delighted with quality & finish of my butchers block island …would highly recommend to anyone.

Just received a beautiful bespoke butchers block manufactured by Country Interiors. Excellent quality, and Lisa couldn’t have been more helpful with designing each detail right up to delivery. Highly recommend this Company.

We spent a long time trying to find the ideal two-piece larder pantry cupboard. We realised that a combination of Country Interior's designs would have everything we wanted, so asked if they could make it. Lisa told us it was possible, so we ordered. Around 8 weeks later she reached out about delivery, saying they could arrange for a courier to deliver for £90. I hadn't realised it wasn't included, not noticing it mentioned when I ordered. It sounded like the company wouldn't be liable for damage in transit, so I suggested the units be wrapped up, since it would be a tight squeeze coming into our house. The units were delivered unwrapped, and, once in, there was some minor paint damage on the exterior of one unit, but also the hinges of both units. I wrote on the delivery note that these things should be fixed. Lisa phoned me up shortly after, apologised and arranged for collection that same day. The units were returned (for free) a few weeks later with the paint fixed. They weren't wrapped up again, though I understand the delivery was arranged at short notice; they were covered with a blanket, and we got them in safely. The cupboard is lovely, and just what we wanted. The customer service was great - I can tell Lisa really strives to meet their customers' needs and expectations. I do think some things can be improved: making sure that either access is straightforward or the units are protected coming into the property, and better QA when checking the paintwork. Minor issues, that were all resolved for us. I thoroughly recommend the firm and their products.

We are delighted with our beautiful painted kitchen island / butchers block (excellent quality and finish) delivered last week - now a focal point of our kitchen. The whole customer experience has been a pleasure from start to finish with Lisa going that extra mile. Fantastic to find a company that does exactly what they say - we can highly recommend. So thrilled with the kitchen island we ordered from Country Interiors. It surpassed our expectations and is a beautifully built piece of furniture which has transformed our kitchen. Huge thanks to Lisa and the team. And not forgetting delivery driver, Ian, who was so helpful getting it into an awkward space!

I ordered the Burford home office larder cupboard workstation computer cupboard in Cooks blue, I’m certainly not disappointed. My laptop, monitor, wires , notebooks etc are now all easily hidden away at the end of the working day. The photos on the website really don’t do it justice. The quality is superb. Excellent customer service.

Great service from this company. We were so pleased with the end result and the reclaimed wood top is fantastic. We decided on the High back Chairs instead of stools and very glad we did they look great. They’re so solid and nice to sit on.

I have just received my larder that I commissioned the team at country interiors to make and its fantastic. Service and communication was great upfront and the craftmanship on the design and build is brilliant. I now have a lifetime piece that will give a lot of pleasure for the years to come. Ordered our butchers block around 6 weeks ago was called to say it was ready and given full details for collection, on collection we were delighted with the butchers block, both the service from Lisa and the quality of the workmanship exceed our expectations, we would definitely recommend them.

Excited is not the word! Just received my Larder i am now in the process of filling it up. I ordered the 36 inch one and it is just right, so much space with moveable shelves. Lisa has been a Good diamond throughout the ordering I must of driven her mad asking questions! A personal note was enclosed and a tester of the paint. It was delivered well within the time. Thanks Kev the driver for getting it to me safe. Thank you so much!

We are certainly impressed with this company. Country Interiors customer service was fantastic, extremely helpful. The larder and butchers block island we ordered are stunning pieces, solid and beautifully made. We will certainly be returning.

If there was an option for 0 stars that’s what I would choose. Totally unprofessional company who I assume will be out of business soon due to the way they deal with their customers. I paid in full for a butchers block in July and have only today received my money back. I had no choice to demand a refund as I was still waiting for delivery up until 5 days ago. Mandy is totally unprofessional in her correspondence and provided no customer care at all. Please don’t bother using this company butcher blocks can be purchased from other reputable firms who actually know what customer service means . Dreadful experience.

Ordered a butchers block went to collect after a long drive to find it was painted the wrong colour .... mistakes happen I suppose ,,, said they would repaint and deliver . Emailed Mandy to arrange a delivery time. When the item arrived I have to say I was so disappointed it’s was filthy ... that dusty I could write my name in the drawer pictures to prove . When I called I spoke to the manager of the workshop who informed me they are not a cleanliness shop there are a workshop ..... his exact words . There was no apology he just said get a refund . The slats at the bottom were all spaced uneven and the top was also not even straight ! It was such a shame as it could have been a beautiful piece of furniture. I did contact Mandy who was very apologetic and was also upset of the service I received especially how Mark from the workshop should never have even discussed the matter with me . Really gutted and such a shame

Spent an age trying to decide if I should place an order for a bespoke kitchen larder unit with Mandy from Country Interiors as I couldn't find any independent reviews. Really glad I did now, unit arrived this morning and looks great, Mandy was great to deal with even though I was being a bit of a pain, she also knows her stuff.
Would definitely recommend.
