Contacted Country Hardwood about windows that they had supplied to the previous owner (10+ years ago). Needed to replace some of the rubber seals and find out the exact colour. Mark and team could not be more helpful (visited them on-site) and supplied some replacement seals and even went through the original drawings with me to find the colour. Overall great customer service and I wasn't even the original customer.

We have just moved into a house where country hardwood windows had been installed a short while ago. With no reflection on the quality of products, we needed a replacement hinge and Mark could not have been more helpful. We are not even the original purchaser so I think this demonstrates excellent customer service.

Country Hardwood supplied the window frames and doors for our new development. Unfortunately the developer did not look after them or fit them properly and has now gone bust.

A First Class company, professional in every way. They made me a custom window for my old cottage. We started with my pictures of the old one with outline dimensions. They then produced excellent drawings of the replacement for approval, and finally made a superb job of the final unit. I visited to collect and was very impressed with every aspect of this company. The window was fitted today with ease. I commend them highly and will definitely use them again for more custom specials for my old cottage.

I am a commercial property developer based in Jersey and I use Country Hardwood to supply all my timber doors and windows. I have always found Mark and the team to be very helpful and accommodating. I work on historical and listed buildings so the doors and windows I require are far from standard including glazed arches, stable doors, under/over size doors, sash and casement windows etc. and Country Hardwood have always been able to meet my requirements. Mark is happy to deliver the windows to an onward shipping company and refund the VAT upon receipt of the shipping certificate which makes them very competitive compared to local prices. Great quality bifold doors.
I had these doors installed over 9 years ago and they work as well today as when they were new. Thanks to the high quality initial painting they have been repainted for the 1st time this week. That is even in a very sunny south facing location.
