Horrible experience
Horrible experience! I don’t normally do this, but at this point, I’m very disappointed and upset with this company. I purchased two items from this company from the TikTok shop platform. The company marked both items as delivered but sent only one item and did not refund the other one! I provided several pictures of the original package along with the one pair of pants showing that I only got one item but the company denied my refund stating the order has been delivered! Knowing that I was shipped one item! They never tried to make it right by sending me the missing item that was not delivered. They just flat out refused in addition to that they made both of the items that I purchased on the shop as being unavailable but when I go to their online website for the actual boutique. They have both of the items as available. Please don’t be scammed by this company. It’s not about the money. It’s about the principles and I think if they were honest, they will make it right. My reason for this review is that, when customers add reviews on trust pilot, it has helped me to not loss money from companies like this! I hope that this one does the same for you!
