Wonderfully hand made table delivered with care and on time. Tables for life. I want this table for life, it is quite beautiful.

Super high quality material and impeccable craftsmanship accompanied by professional and precise delivery.

We ordered our furniture online and any queries were dealt with inva speedy manner. We'd accidentally ordered 4 tables, a mistake Ryan picked up, and were refunded the extra amount within 24 hours. Although our furniture took about 10 weeks to arrive, it was worth waiting for and is excellent quality. The chairs are really comfortable and haven't needed seat cushions. I would definitely recommend this company for real wood furniture. We would use them again.

Thank you Ryan for your complete understanding , we ordered a table and paid a 50% deposit. Things have changed at home. So I asked Ryan if we were able to cancel , But would understand if we were too late.
Ryan replied immediately. Cancelled and refunded .. he was extremely kind and helpful.

Received a bad customer experience with this company.

We ordered a table and bench from Country Life in mid-October, and were given a lead time of 8-10 weeks from ordering. As the due date was the end of December, I expected a delay, but didn't receive any communication from Ryan during this period and had to reach out several times for updates. The items eventually arrived at the end of January, nearly 15 weeks after placing the order.

The delivery guys didn’t assemble the table and when asked, tried to barter with me on a price for assembling. I refused, feeling that they were trying to take advantage of me (a woman) being at home on my own. I didn’t feel comfortable with them being in my house.

Considering we paid over £1700 for the items, I feel it's cheap not to include assembly. There was no communication through the ordering process about the need to assemble the product ourselves. The table is extremely heavy to flip over once the legs are attached and requires at least two fit people to assemble.

I've communicated my disappointment to Ryan in a couple of emails but haven't received a response, reflecting a clear lack of customer service. This entire process has cost me much administrative time that I've not experienced in sourcing furniture from an independent company, or otherwise, before.

Although the craftsmanship is decent, there are marks and filler used in the table surface which isn't up to the standard we expected given the high price.

The table exceeded our expectations and it looks great. The service was top class and even a small problem with access to the house proved to be not an issue.

We would strongly recommend this company. The wait for the furniture is worth it

We placed an order with Ryan and his team to make a dining table that seats10 with extensions for our kitchen extension with particular set of measurements and design, it was delivered last week to us and wow our table is absolutely quality the time and workmanship that has gone into making our new table and the solid materials used,the delivery was excellent the table had been very well protected for transit its a great addition to our dining area, I strongly recommend Ryan at country life furniture.

Quality furniture that exceeded expectations. A beautiful piece of furniture. Be patient, because this is something built from scratch, and it takes time, but the wait will be well worth it.

Absolutely fantastic table and service. Charlie was kind enough to not only attach the table legs but also takeaway all the rubbish! The table itself is absolutely stunning and is exactly what we wished for as are the chairs, we highly recommend!

I am extremely disappointed with both the service and quality of the dining table I purchased from country life furniture.Not only was the delivery delayed by several weeks without any communication, but when the table finally arrived, it was damaged and the wrong colour. After returning it, I received a new table that had color peeling off with just a simple wipe.

The company’s “solution” to send me varnish to fix the issue myself is completely unacceptable. I paid for a high-quality product, and this experience has been nothing but frustration from beginning to end. I would strongly advise against purchasing from this company due to their poor product quality, lack of communication, and failure to address customer concerns properly.

Our Florence table looks stunning in our new kitchen. The rustic yet contemporary style works beautifully.
The delivery was a very efficient, and it was well packed too.
I’ll definitely be ordering a bench to match soon.

Called today to discuss how i was not 100% happy with the colour and finish of our table and chairs.
The gentleman on the phone was not interested in the slightest. In fact he was dam right rude. When i tried to explain my issue. He just said “there is nothing wrong with them, i haven’t got time for this as I’m busy” and slammed the phone on me.

I have spent over £3000 for the set and had to wait 6 weeks longer that it advertised when ordering.i am shocked with the level of customer services.

Obviously they are sort of company who are happy to take you money then don’t care about the customer.😡😡😡😡

We absolutely love the Florence Farmhouse table and 8 cafe style chairs that we ordered. It’s beautifully crafted and rustic in design. The chairs are very comfortable too.
Country Life Furniture have been exceptionally helpful throughout, making themselves available when we visited the workshop, answering email queries during the ordering process and were bang on with the time frames they gave us in terms of delivery. We couldn’t be happier!

The table and chairs we ordered were absolutely stunning and beautifully crafted. I had to slightly change my order and it was no trouble at all. A credit went into my account very quickly and the communication between myself and the company was prompt and always helpful. Delivery was on time and the courier was most helpful too. I can't praise this company highly enough!

I wanted a dining table that was a bit different, I had a very specific idea in mind. Went to Country Life Furniture and described what it is I wanted - a round farmhouse style table with each chair a different colour. Ryan was super helpful and so I put my order in. I was not disappointed, emails were quickly responded to, the table was delivered well within the indicated timescales and it was exactly what I wanted! It's a quality piece of furniture and I like that it includes elements of reclaimed wood to make it a little better for the environment. The chair colours are lovely and clearly painted with care. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful craftsmanship! I ordered the Florence table in 5' back in June without looking at trustpilot first and then after about 7 weeks of waiting I looked the company up and got SO worried! I even reached out to them and they responded instantly- as they had from the get go, they reassured me that even though you can't return the table (unless it arrives damaged) that I would be very pleased with it, so I just trusted. After 11 weeks of waiting, I got nervous again as it was taking much longer than the 8 week lead time but again they responded to me straight away and reassured me that my table would be shipping in the next few days (which it did). The table has arrived and let me just say it is worth every penny. It's gorgeous (I haven't seen anything else like it online) and it is so sturdy/heavy. Well done! I hope they get more good reviews to balance out the bad ones, perhaps the company was going through a bad spout but I can say that we are 100% happy with our Florence table!

We LOVE our table, absolute brilliant craftsmanship, can't fault it at all. The extension is such a simple concept ... its brilliant!
The bench and chairs are lovely too.
We placed our order by phone because what we wanted done with the table we chose wasn't an option on-line, our requests were met with no problem at all.
