they are the worst .. they are scammers ,not reliable , not only they spoil your occassion by not delivering the cake but they will harass the customer by not processing refund. when you call them they will switch off ,they false promise you thatthey will process the refund but they never do , they will even talk rude when you call them , they think we are at their mercy for returning our money for their failed delivery . I finally got my refund after numerous calls and after getting ready to file a complaint against them with BBB and also after dealing with their arrogant behaviors for a good amount of 6 days hence A******H******** . dont trust them ..lazy , irresponsible, in capable , knowledgeless , rude , ppl ..... its just taking ppl money for free

Ordered flowers and cake combo for Mother's Day. Cake was delivered but the bouquet of flowers were not. Even after multiple attempts, the refund was not initiated or confirmed by customer service.

Beware! Country Oven's website is designed to rip off customers. Thrice they have charged for an order and the message on website was "The payment did not get processed" As usual, expected a reverse transaction but 3 months passed and it never happened. Contacted Country Oven through their given WhatsApp number and they are playing "Hide and Seek" with me.

Worst: today I ordered a cake for my dad’s birthday which was a white color and butterscotch flavor. But these people has delivered me a blue color pineapple flavored cake which is not even looking good. When I asked them they said the cake which I ordered is unavailable and they will send another butterscotch cake the next day. Who wants a cake after done with birthday celebrations.

Had a good experience with countryoven.com. placed an order to hyd and recipient liked the quality of the cake.
