We believe that there's more to service than just being dropped off to your home. All orders are confirmed by phone; trained staff will check orders and help if technical information is needed. We then arrange delivery dates and which of our trucks would be most suitable. Finally we take payment. We are more than happy to help you plan and organise any size project from a simple vegetable plot to bespoke paving for a new build house. Full after sales and technical back up is all part of our service.

A specific delivery date was given for goods and I workmen paid to be present to receive the goods .
They didn't arrive when requested and agreed .
I got a phone call at around 3.30pm to say the lorry driver had exceeded driving hours?- dont believe a word of it - no apology either -just that it will be delivered tomorrow sometime and sometimes stuff like this happens ! That's verypoor Country Supplies

Great service - Kirsty has been brilliantly helpful
Kirsty @Country supplies has been brilliant through our garden project, helping us choose decking, slabs & edging. Infinitely patient, nothing was too much trouble & everything ordered turned up as expected & was courteously delivered by their driver. Our slabs were held up in Italy, beyond anyone’s control but Kirsty kept us updated which was really helpful.
