We visited Country Warmth in Malton after deciding we wanted to look at the AGA and Everhot range of products. On arrival we found even more brands to choose from which we had never come across before, the Thornhill cooker range. The showroom is compact but very informative, the staff absolutely wonderful and polite, and can't do enough to help. We had a good chat about the various products and came away with what we needed to make vary well informed decision. So after lots of debate we (I) decided on an AGA (I was biased as I've had one before). So we started the process of ordering the AGA. Dan the sales manager was first class, communicated everything clearly along the way, answered all our questions promptly and gave us really simple and clear advice. They arranged deliver and the installation guys were great, so nice, polite, proper Yorkshire Folk and the handover/takeover advice was much more than I had expected. They followed up with phone calls to make sure everything was OK and the offer of any more advice as and when required was there. The whole process was a pleasure and a credit to them as a company. We visit North Yorkshire a couple of times a year and we'll definitely be calling in again, if for nothing more than the the discounted items they offer (After all I am a Yorkshireman!).
