No reply to quote request or return phone call.
I submitted a quote request for the removal of a variety of metal items. Having heard nothing after several hours, my husband called to see if they'd received our quote request. We were told it would be looked into and we'd be contacted. After a total of 2 days from our initial quote request and us telephoning them, we have not heard back. A courtesy yes or no would have been appreciated.

It was my first time coming to Countrywide Metals Ltd, and the experience was great. I was welcomed by the staff, and I was guided at each step. The staff were friendly, and sorted out the metal for me. I received a good price for the metal I had. The gentleman who took my details at the desk was very supportive, and friendly. I called ahead and the customer service was great. Told me where to park on arrival and how things would work once I was in the yard.
All the staff I met to day were very helpful and polite.
Lovely tidy yard .
Definitely worth a visit if you have some scrap to sell.

First time sellers make sure you have Id so jus makes life easier for in the future
Visited cml today for the first and was very happy how I was treated. A gentle man named Charlie was very polite and well mannered and very helpful he gave me a very good price on my copper that was jus sitting in my yard I will always go here in the future hopefully see you again soon 943
