I’ve been with County Teachers for nearly 5 years and been very happy with how I’ve been treated and supported. They have always been very polite and helpful, particularly during Lockdown when work was sparse! The staff are easy to contact and amenable and regularly check up on me when I am working for an extended period in one school. I would recommend them to others without a 2nd thought!

The primary consultants are amazing. Very professional, kind and supportive.

The consultants here listen to what you want and always meet your needs. Since I've joined I haven't stopped working which can be a worry for supply teachers. But definitely not a worry if you're with County Teachers.

Great teaching agency. The staff here are easy to get in contact with and will work with your schedule. There is work from all around Hertfordshire through them and good wellbeing in general. I'm happy.

Most Staff are polite and considerate. They make expectations clear and give you good pay rates . You don't find your self having to renegotiate pay rates like some other supply agencies .

County teachers are well organised and helpful . They understand that supply teachers have very varied commitments and are totally understanding of limits to availability. They have a good relationship with their schools. Always supportive of their staff … they are simply the best agency I’ve worked for and would thoroughly recommend them.
