Professional and Courteous Service
Extremely polite, called in advance to advise that they were on their way. Proficient and professional job conducting the annual emptying of our Sewage Treatment Plant.
Would have been 5 stars but having agreed after 10am, they actually called me at 7:10am to say they would be with me in about 40 minutes. Just fortunate that I was around as I had planned to be out early they morning.

This was the first time we have used CountyClean.

A GOOD impression from the start, as 2 very helpful phone calls, (with Harry first, then John) when everything I needed to know was explained clearly, & a quote emailed speedily. I was then told that a space had become available the very next day, which was brilliant.
We had 2 septic tanks needing emptying, & the engineer John clearly knew his job well, as all was done very efficiently. On top of that he was friendly & helpful, answering our questions whilst my husband & I 'watched & learnt'!
Their charges seem competitively priced, & all in all, we can highly recommend this company.

Reliable and friendly service
CountyClean were very quick to respond to my enquiries and sent an excellent team to my house with a brand-new vehicle to clear my cesspit. The work was done in an exemplary manner leaving no residue in my garden (or smells!). CountyClean were miles better than the last two companies I have used.

Read the T&Cs very carefully!
Read the T&Cs very carefully before booking with County Clean Group! They were unable to fit their waste truck through our gate and charged us 100% of the cost (£180) despite not providing the services paid for. We requested they retry with their smaller waste truck but they declined to do so. Alternative waste companies have been able to access the property with no issues.
After making a number of calls to them and asking to speak with a manager, a small % of the cost (£59) was eventually refunded. I will not be using them in future.

Terms and Conditions are in place for the benefit and protection of all contractual parties – that’s us and you! Not only do we send T’s and C’s (which we know is small print) we back that up with a concise English quotation that clearly states the main terms of business – which you accepted.
Before any paperwork is created, we spend time on the phone verbally running through a precise checklist relating to access and egress and any other special circumstances surrounding the requirements of the job. This was done and is for every customer.
For the record, the refund we gave you, as a gesture of goodwill, was 33% which is not “very small”. Through no fault of our own, we had a wasted journey to your property and regrettably couldn’t complete the works as planned due your failure to provide an accurate description of access. I think you will find that other reputable tankering companies will operate in the same way. We cannot blindly drive around the country to sites in the hope of completing works, costing fortunes in associated transport expenses. You are of course, at liberty to choose a different supplier who perhaps have a smaller truck – you clearly have before and therefore must know the access to your property is tight.
If you still feel unsatisfied then please contact us directly instead of using a public forum in an attempt to vent your frustrations and besmirch our good standing and reputation. Otherwise, we wish you well. Thank you.
