I ORDERED A MONTH & A DAY AGO & I JUST RECEIVED MY ORDER TODAY !!! I WOULDNT SAY THAT THEY ARE A SCAM BUT THE SHIPPING PROCESS COULD BE BETTER I BELIEVE IT CAME FROM CHINA THAT IS WHAT MY PACKAGE SAID BUT I AM HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT BUT NOT THE TIME IT TOOM ME 2

I want to give this company a zero. They only gave me part of my order. I sent several emails telling them I am missing part of my order. No follow up like their response email says "4 to 5 days" to respond. So, they have basically stolen money from me because they refuse to respond and I don't have my other order.

I would give 0 stars if possible. This company room my order & $, promised delivery by the 10th. Directly after placingbthe order I was spammed by "customer support". Someone from coupana named Brittany emailed & texted me repeatedly about how great they are & she'd be there to help with any of my needs.
Fine.
The 10th came and went & my order had not arrived. In fact it never left the pending category, never shipped at all. They took my money and never sent me anything. I sent an email to Brittany, my customer support person, and got an automated reply that my email would be,looked at in 5 business days! Really? A week to even look at my problem? It has now been 8 days since that email. No response. I've requested a refund. Again. No response.
Do not trust this "company". I have been completely duped.

Coupana's a scam! No product after 2 months. No one replies to your inquiry.

I wish I didn’t have to give a star , they took my money and gave me nothing in return, not even a correspondence

This company is a disgrace ! Why is it still running this blatant scam where they take your money and you get nothing in return.They have cleverly concocted many positive reviews on their site which are obviously false. I am reporting to PayPal and Trading Standards and won't give up until it is stopped from advertising.

I wish I would have read these reviews before placing an order. I also paid and it’s been 3 weeks and it just says order placed. I’m so 😡 mad, people suck. I contacted my bank and they looked into it and refunded me. Shame on you people that do this!! Please do not buy from here.

SCAMMED I searched for an item found it on Coupana, placed & paid for the item, received a welcoming email with an estimated time frame of shipment including a statement that once my item shipped an email would be sent. All of my follow up has been answered only by ‘canned’ responses with a remark that someone would contact me personally. Nothing has shipped and no one has contacted me. TOTALLY BEEN SCAMMED.

SCAMMED!!! Placed order totaling almost $300!! Got email from "Brittany." To date, order hasn't even been "fulfilled." I've emailed THREE times now asking for order cancelation, with ZERO response. Reporting them to Better Business Bureau!!!

Should be able to give 0 stars! I too immediately received thank you texts and emails about my order from Brittany and now 2 weeks have gone by and no product, no response to text messages or emails. Total scam. Do not order from this company! Working with PayPal to file a dispute for money back. Hope others don't get caught in this too :o(

Dreadful. Ordered some lights from a Facebook ad. Swift confirmation of order, ‘assigned customer service’ rep called Brittany who sends a text, and an email too.

Brittany doesn’t exist. The text number doesn’t work, and they do not answer customer service emails.

Took £106 of my money on October 27th, gone dark since. Plenty of other people in the same boat going by FB posts.

Absolute scam.

Will be reversing the charge as I thankfully bought with my Amex.

Utter Joke. Immediate response to your order then nothing apart from confirmation that they have taken your money. Several weeks and no contact apart from an automated response to my questions.

Thankfully I paid via Paypal so have raised a dispute.
