Hoodies are so soft but wrong
The hoodies are so soft. Customer service is also quick to respond.
Update: I ordered a pair of hoodies but they gave me the wrong hoodies. I asked for a replacement and got a quick response to resolve it, however it has been about 3 weeks now since I asked for a replacement and nothing has arrived yet.
Update: They refunded me partially and sent me the correct ones however, it was too late for the purpose because my long distance boyfriend already left.

Saturation of color perfect, print paler than anticipated.
Color of the hoodies is true to the pictures. Problems is that the print is considerably paler than pictures. In my case my royal blue hoodie is beautiful rich color but because print is paler than I anticipated contrast between two is unsatisfactory for me. Somebody might be ok with that or could work with different colors. I know there is warning about final product not being completely the same but even with that the print is still too pale.
