Not only were the team at Couplez able to accomodate by customisation request, but the whole process was effortless and incredibly speedy. Making large purchases is usually a bit nerve wracking, but through the whole process I felt secure in my purchase and never was concerned that anything would go wrong.

Mark and his staff were very helpful and made me feel good about buying a diamond online. Mark even helped me work with a local jeweler to have the ring resized, and the local reputable diamond store complimented the unique design and told me I had gotten a good deal. My fiancee couldn't be happier with her ring.

I searched in internet for days and I strongly recommend this site. The bridal set I purchased fulfilled all my expectations.
