All deliveries work very well, they always come when they are expected. The product I use (Timeless skin facial creme) is the best creme I ever used (and I've tried many..)

I haven’t received the last cream, for a very long time but they still sent the me invoice through inkasso. It is impossible to login to their page and contact them. The website shows fail attempts every time..

Upd: after the company contacted me here in replies, I emailed them but still no answer…

THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE

I never ordered anything, and did not receive anything. I got a letter saying I ordered something and I need to pay 4.90 for the transaction and because I dit not pay that on time I got a fine of 10,00. This is al BULLSHIT, because like I already said, I did nog buy or receive anything from them. In the letter they are alsof THREATNING their customers that they will, send a collection agency your way that you also have to pay 40.00 for. And not is this only deceiving, it Is also very much illegal practice. And there is not even an emailadressen you van contact so they can stop this BULLSHIT

SCAMMERS!!! They say they will give free stuff but they end up scamming you and now some kind of “ALEKTUM GROUp” is asking me for 40 euro for ONE FREE RAZOR. SHUT THESE PEOPLE DOWN

This company specialises in stealing pensions from the elderly who do not understand what they are sold, and who have no way to navigate their absolutely scamful cancellation system.

I cannot wait to be part of a class action to recover some of my mothers pension, and to see the amoral thieves who run this scam in prison.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! I can’t stress this highly enough. The worst, most useless, and rudest customer service on the planet. Never got the last packet, and despite the fact I told them this, they still sent the bill to Inkasso…!!! Causing yet more stress and wasted time. I will never in my life order anything from this joke of a company again. Save yourselves the grief and just buy your face cream and panties somewhere else!!! A complete and utter sham. Hope they go bust, because that’s what they deserve!

Unfortunately the same thing happened for me and still going on. If they manage to take 5, 10, or 20 for each customer this is a fortune.

This is so unethical, but how can we stop them. Like can we make a complaint and also what will happen of we did not pay the invoice they are claiming from us?

They called me and asked to take our visage d`or cream for free, we are not going to send you anything after that. Now they are constantly sending me things and bills. They actually clearly lied to me. Funny thing is for returns i have to pay it myself. It is a clear chitting. i tried a mascara from this company too. it was awful. Dont buy anything from them. It is a real trap

Don’t buy or take any FREE promotion from this company. I try one of their products (face mask) “PROVA FREE” and products kept coming on my name that I didn’t order. It was hard to get to the costumer service to cancel this and I have to pay for the products anyway. Now after one year another factura came from ALEKTUM GROUP. Charging me for the factura I’ve already pay plus the cost of their service which is around 250kr. When I called ALEKTUM GROUP Mr. Christopher Jansson say he can’t give me any information and if I don’t pay I will be put on KRONOFOGDEN. SO DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
