Course Creator 360 Reviews 

Before finding Course Creator 360, or CC360 as we call it, I was paying for at least 12 different monthly subscriptions. That's 12 different software and platforms that I had to figure out how to use each one in sync with all the others. CC360 solves that. It's an all-in-one platform that allows creators to get more done with less stress. The most important reason why I continue to be part of the CC360 family is their customer service support. The access to live customer service 24/7 is unmatched by any other platform I've used. In my opinion, they have the best customer service in the industry.

I was initially annoyed that we didn't start exactly on time and there was more than one client on the call (which I was not made aware of that before the call) that for onboarding they did two clients simultaneously, then the other client started having computer connection issues which delayed us further and my patience was already thin.

But I decided to stick with it because everything I had seen so far including several videos in the 14 day boot camp were so spectacular, I figured I would give them a moment or two to be humans and boy am I glad I did!

Juan expertly worked though some technical glitches the setup was having with Bluehost, my online provider. He had to fix my DNS settings as things were not propagating like they should which required a manual intervention, except I was on the zoom call via my web browser and not the app... This meant he couldn't take control of my computer remotely so he had to instruct me how to make the corrections instead of doing it himself. Juan didn't miss a beat. He walked me through the entire setup seamlessly, like I had been doing it forever! Within 45 minutes he had me completely setup: DNS server, email setup complete with redirects, various adjustments in the software, enrolled me in the private 360 creator community, explained the various functions and attributes of the system, and even installed my FIRST PRODUCT which was an extensive course outline constructed by their AI system that is so close to the course I was writing that I was left speechless. Basically, their template for my course was installed and the structure of the system is so solid, all I basically have to do is follow it and edit and it is damned near already written!

If you've never written a course before, with this kind of detailed support, you can almost NOT FAIL! And this is the stuff they do for no upcharge in the basic price which they give you 30 days for free! This is just part of the onboarding - landing you successfully into the software so you can win!

In his video "How to Actually Sell Online Courses in 2025" CEO Stockton Walbeck talks about the five core pillars courses must be built upon to have success. He actually delivers on all five of those pillars with his software especially on the last two pillars which are DFY and Accountability. He practices what he preaches and Juan exuded the same level of savvy that I would expect from anyone connected to Stockton. I'll do another review after I've written my course and get further into the system, however my onboarding (which is required within 24 hours of purchasing the software - a call to ensure your system is setup and working WHAT OTHER SOFTWARE HAVE YOU EVER USED THAT DOES THAT?) process has been truly over the top. Next, I'll finish the 14 day boot camp and get my course written and for sale within the next 60 days like Stockton said. His entire process is designed to get you up and running, course written, and making money within 60 days of purchasing his software and he gives you the system and support to get that done. If you have less money you can do most of it yourself, if you have more money you can do less of it and his folks can handle more of the workload, but either way, CC360 means BUSINESS!

I leave you all with this... these folks over at CC360 do EVERYTHING in their power, including going way beyond the scope of rationality, to ensure you have every single tool you need for success! They even go so far as to do some mundane things for you that they can do in minutes but would take you hours, days or weeks to accomplish, which saves you untold amounts of time and frustration - allowing you to concentrate on building a course and not fighting with onboarding onto a new software system. So far it has been everything Stockton has promised and more. So, there you have it! And I'm not a paid spokesman. More later, after more course is written and selling. JBII

CourseCreator360 is where it's at! The service, the product, the clarification of use. Navigation is as easy as can be, all the instructions couldn't be easier. If you can't get it to work on your end at this then you probably shouldn't be in course creation. Hamza has been deliverable, honest and very good at his job. Couldn't recommend enough!

I love this platform so much! Although I am new at this, it's exactly why I feel so seen/heard by them and they are always happy to help you and want you to succeed.
Stockton's energy, ethos, knowledge and desire to help are unmatched.
Also, the CC360 Support team are wonderful. Always quick to respond and with the solution ready. No follow-up question is ever too much.
Last but not least, any tool you think may be missing, is either already there or in the process of coming soon and every AI tool to help you focus on your course and your growth, rather than the technical nitty gritty.

I joined CC360 prior to any other platform for course creators. Overall, I was happy but there were minor things I found frustrating (digging later, I found there were simple work arounds to my frustrations). I actually switched over to kajabi for a bit and came BACK to cc360 after realizing how much extra I had to spend for kajabi in order to get the same features I was already getting at cc360 (I'm talking 100s of extra cash going out each month). After switching back to cc360, I realized just how many awesome features cc360 offers without any hidden fees AND their support is very responsive. I think some of their support workers could still use some work, but overall they've always been helpful. I would definitely recommend cc360 in a heartbeat to course or digital product creator.

Hamza was truly helpful in answering my questions today. He filled in the blurbs I had. Very patient, friendly, and super knowledgeable about the program. He also helped me to figure out why I wasn't getting a response and it turned out I had the wrong address. So kudos to Hamza for going the extra mile to help me figure things out. I'm just getting started, but so far I am loving CC360! I spent years on Kajabi and while the support used to be amazing, I feel they grew too fast and couldn't seem to keep the high level of support they had. I love how user-friendly CC360 is and the onboarding call with Juan was super helpful! Ohmy goodness I’ve gone through so many different sites that you know you can set up your courses on and things like that but never have I had the hands on assistance with getting things going that I have with Course created 360 so definitely recommend them.
