This site is commonly promoted by scam bots and promoted paid posts on LinkedIn. The poster will often claim it is free and sometimes even claim it is: Coursera. Which is also not a free site. Their content is dubious and is taken from available free and paid sources. I'd stay far away from this and report any accounts you see linking to this. The content is stolen and the promoters are using AI to push out thousands of these suggestions.
