The delivery was a bit late, but it was courier issue that can happen sometimes.
Overall, very satisfied. Julius’ communication was 10/10.

The courier from Romania that DHL handed the package to (it’s named Cargus) was a bit bad. Other than that everything else was perfect

Slow delivery
I purchased strings from CourtSpin. They hired Colis Prive to deliver my purchase.
5 stars:
- website was easy to navigate
- purchase went smoothly
- shipped in 1 day
1 star:
- delivery took 12 days
- for 5 of those days, it sat 1 hour from me
- delivery status while en route was not helpful

We’re sorry to hear about the delay, but we’d like to clarify that your package was shipped out from us within one business day. The delay occurred entirely with the courier (Colis Privé) which unfortunately is outside our control. Normally the shipping time is 3-5 days with them.
