Car had a flat tyre, the mileage was stated as 45,500, warranty document states it as 48,500. Reality was 50,000. Car was filthy, despite being reserved for a week prior to collection. The expectation was that I would wait for it to be valeted. Apart from having to replace the damaged tyre the car does seem Ok so far. Nice friendly guy and their communication was great.
I bought a fantastic Smart ForFour this morning from Coutts Cars. The condition was immaculate and the price was great! The sale was handled (by Ahmad) in such a professional, calm and courteous manner. He literally went out of his way to assist me on my journey in, and through every step of the proess thereafter. I feel very fortunate to have had such a positive experience. I would most certainly recommend Coutts Cars to anyone looking for a used car they can trust (they really do provide a superior sales experience from start to finish).
