Total scam…. Ordered 2 suits but did not get any update regarding the dispatch….. mailed too with no response. Total Shame

Ordered a toy for my son and paid the required amount online, neither the item received nor any progress shown on their website. this is a scam website, stay away

Ordered boots in November. They have never turned up and I have emailed Customer Service twice with no reply. Very disappointed £50 down the drain. I paid through PayPal so have raised a dispute. I have gone onto the website and it appears to be no longer there. I should have done more research before buying from these people - lesson learned.
P.s. I didn't even want to give them 1 star!

Please do not order anything from this company. The picture of their products does not resemble the quality of the product they send you. The boots I received were nothing like the pictures they advertised. It’s costly to try and return them..and there is only an email address, which they choose not to respond to…..stay clear

these are scammers DO NOT buy anything from them they take your money then do not supply the good. No way of contacting them only by email which they do not reply too

The lounge coat was to be a Christmas present, but when it arrived it didn't look like the photo. I wanted to return but have been unable to get a response from customer services as yet. I've emailed twice in order to get a returns slip.

The material of the coat I ordered reminds me of the craft felt we used for school art lessons, not very much thicker than that!
It bears little resemblance to the advertised coat
No word yet on return procedure. Save your money, steer well clear!

This company is a scam. Pictures are not there own. Ordered a product off of a facebook link for an item for my birthday. Delivery meant to be 8-12 days. 14 days later the tracking info is showing that its not even been dispatched despite contacting them and them confirming delivery times. Now they are not even responding to my emails.
