Do not order anything from this business!
Their return policies are deceptive and complicated. I tried to exchange a too small linen shirt and was told I couldn’t due to one of their ridiculous policies.
Also, they charge for shipping when you order and if you want to return or exchange. It gets pricey.
The quality of their clothes is definitely not worth the price. Cheap fabrics and sizes are inaccurate.
I spent over $50 and ended up with nothing I could wear because it was too small and they refused to honor a legitimate return.
This company is making money off you by making it very difficult to get the item you actually want.
Stay away from Couture Emporium!
Shame on them for their shady “policies”.

This company should not be allowed to do business in the us. They are a Chinese company with three websites selling the same stuff. There is no way to get a refund. It’s costs 30 to return plus customs fees and then the product gets sent back to the us there are hundreds of complaints on line. I plan to notify my credit card company and Shopify

This company is a scam. Do not order from here. They are not a European Company as it says on their website. They are from China, overcharging for cheap knock off clothing. Once I placed my order the charge came up Nexora Fashion Hong Kong HK. So you’re basically being overcharged for Cheap knock off Chinese made clothes that will be nothing like what is pictured. They will not refund you, even before the items have shipped. Do not purchase from here it is a scam!

They do not send items pictured, they send cheap crappy not even close imitation.
I ordered a beautiful crisp tailored vest a I received a crumbled vest in a mailer bag. I contacted them with a picture of what I ordered and what I received and they told me I could return it at my expense or have 75% off something else and keep it. These fools think I’ll give them for money for the cheap stuff they send. They say they want to make it right but this is all they an offer.
Do not waste your money. I’m out $75

I spent so much money and was left empty handed. I bought a jacket for $150. I returned it because it was too small and poor quality. It didn’t look nearly as awesome as the pics. I spent $31 on postage and returned it in its original packaging. According to emails I sent to Couture-Emporium the package sat at China customs for a long time. Eventually, it was returned to me. I wasted $181 and my time. I know CE can’t control customs. Just be aware of the circumstances dealing directly with a company like this. If you send a package that says “Return” on it, it likely won’t get delivered.

I bought three products from this company and will never be buying again 1) delivery time is long 2) return/replace/customer support services don't exist 3) sizes are not listed correctly 4) good design is used with cheap materials creating an overall negative outcome 5) the pricing is not aligned with the materials used

If you want low quality and sizes that are way too small...you have found the right company! I bought a large dress and had to gift it to my small friend. Then I tried an XL t-shirt. What could go wrong with a t-shirt you ask? Too small, again, and the quality of a child's Halloween costume...for $42.00.

I ordered a beautiful dress for my daughter's party but when I got it, the material was so cheap and the seam ripped open trying it on. I ordered a 2X even though I wear a size 12 just to make sure it was big enough and it was not anything like the picture at all.

Ordered leather sneakers with white soles. Quality is absolute trash. Not even going to deal with trying to get a refund or it'll just piss me off more. Just going to take them to Goodwill.

Bought a spring hoodie and a casual blazer. The quality of these clothes is akin to items you would get as part of a costume for Halloween. Totally manipulated images on their site. The blazer (paid: $90, worth: $10) looked tailored on the site - came in like a Temu turd.

If I could rate this less than one I would. Absolutely horrible. I ordered a sweater which looked really good. When I received it, it wasn’t even made of sweater material. It was not even close to what it looked like online. It looked like something that someone who didn’t even know how to sew or make anything at all would buy. When I tried to get a refund, they said oh our policy is you can’t get a refund because it was on sale. It was $50.

The advertising for this coat is misleading and dishonest. I bought a item described as a warm winter puffer coat. The picture shows a puffer coat with padding and all the reviews all say it's very warm, well made and high quality. However there is absolutely no insulation or padding in the coat. It is not a puffer coat at all. It is a thin poorly made plasticky jacket. I would like a full refund.

My order #CE9730 is not the item I ordered. I ordered a large "Men's rugged knit sweater jacket." What I received does not compare the the pictures of the ordered item. I would like to initiate the process for its return and file a complaint to the false advertising of this product. There is "nothing" knitted about the item I received and the quality is substandard. I would appreciate a total refund.

Absolutely horrible company to deal with. Ordered 2 leather jackets. The quality was absolutely horrible! No name brand or tag at all. They were both marked LARGE as I ordered, but they were MEDIUM at best, if not SMALL! Tried to return them, but they were On Sale like all of their other crap, do they couldn’t be returned. They offered 75% store credit. Why would I want more cheap crap? Stay far away from this vendor. Horrible to say the least!

NO, THERE IS NOTHING "FINE" ABOUT ANY OF THIS. IT IS TOTAL CRAP. MATERIAL VERY SUB PAR, NO LINING, IS NOT MORE THAN WAIST LENGTH, JUST BAIT AND SWITCH CRAP. OH, BUT IT GETS BETTER, I MUST SHIP BACK TO THEM TO CHINA, WITH NO ADDRESS FROM THEM, NO COMPANY TO USE IN SHIPPING, SO THEY KNOW YOU CANNOT POSSIBLY SHIP BACK TO THEM. 100% THEIVES ON EVERY LEVEL. IF YOU CANNOT MAKE SURE A COMPANY IS IN THE USA, PROB SHOULDN'T BUY FROM THEM. SAME EXACT THING FROM "LIGHT IN A BOX", MUST BE SAME HORRID COMPANY.

The items shown are not what you receive and when you contact for return, you automatically are told its a SALE item even though its not listed that way and therefore cannot return.
Items come without tags for washing instructions, name brand etc.
Only give store credit, but who a store for crumby items!!!!

False advertising. They show a retro puffer jacket, looks awesome online. I ordered and received a thin-cotton jacket. Reached out to customer service and they said it was an item on sale and won't accept a return. Stupid bate and switch and I fell for it. Customer service is fast to respond but only offer store credit.

If you have been unlucky enough to come across this company run as fast in other direction as possible. I had a terrible experience trying to return defective clothes. Their return policy does not allow for cash and they will only give you a small credit for you purchase and NO return shipping! The clothes themselves appear to be made by amatures. Very disappointed when they finally arrived almost a month after purchase. I am not happy and neither will you be if you buy anything from Couture-Emporium!

Beware of this company. The $90 winter coat I ordered was made of a felt like material and a totally different design. I’ve been dealing with them for over a month and they refuse to reimburse me! AVOID this company at all costs!

The coat arrived weeks after I ordered it. The packing was unprofessional and messy, and the coat was not as pictured. Conture-Emporium refused to give me my money back.
